Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for systems, apparatuses, and methods of securing screen assemblies. Embodiments include a system having a compression assembly with a compression pin and a pin assembly having a pin. The compression assembly may be attached to a first wall member of a vibratory screening machine and the pin assembly may be attached to a second wall member of the vibratory screening machine opposite the first wall member such that the compression assembly is configured to assert a force against a first side portion of a screen assembly and drive a second side portion of the screen assembly against the pin of the pin assembly. The pin assembly may include a pin that is internally or externally mounted and that is adjustable and/or replaceable.

A method of installing a vibratory shaker screen in a vibratory shaker, including placing a first end of the vibratory shaker screen in a retainer, wherein the retainer is one of attached and a component of the vibratory shaker; pivoting a second end of the vibratory shaker screen toward a screen installation position on the vibratory shaker, deflecting a tab on one of the vibratory shaker screen and the vibratory shaker through contact of the vibratory shaker screen to another retainer of the vibratory shaker, and connecting the vibratory shaker screen to the vibratory shaker, where the tab fixedly connects the vibratory shaker screen to the vibratory shaker.

A shale shaker for separating formation cuttings from a drilling fluid includes a basket and a screen deck positioned within the basket. The screen deck includes a plurality of screens positioned on a plurality of screen supports, such that each screen is positioned on a corresponding one of the plurality of screen supports. Each screen includes a top side, a bottom side opposite the top side, and a mounting bracket positioned along the bottom side. The mounting bracket includes a pair of parallel first support members and a clamping bar coupled to and extending between the pair of first support members. Each screen support includes a pair of parallel second support members and a latch assembly including a hook assembly positioned between the pair of second support members. The hook assembly is configured to engage with the clamping bar to secure the screen to the screen support.

A modular screen support deck for a screening arrangement includes a first deck side having an inward facing side and an outward facing side and a second deck side having an inward facing side and an outward facing side. The first and second deck sides extend in parallel with each other to define a deck plane. A first extension structure is connected to the first deck side and extends inwardly from the first deck side. The first extension structure includes a first connection structure and a second extension structure connected to the second deck side and extending inwardly from the second deck side. The first and second deck sides extend in parallel with each other to define a deck plane. The first extension structure includes a first connection structure and a second extension structure connected to the second deck side and extending inwardly from the second deck side. The second extension structure includes a second connection structure arranged a distance from the second deck side. A fat screening device includes a cylinder, and a sieve basket. The cylinder includes a feed inlet, an air outlet, a bottom water outlet, and an accommodating space. The accommodating space is in communication with the feed inlet, the air outlet, and the bottom water outlet. The feed inlet is configured to receive a mixture, the bottom water outlet is disposed at a bottom of the cylinder, the accommodating space is configured to accommodate water and fat resulting from stratification of the mixture, and the bottom water outlet is configured to discharge the water. The sieve basket covers the feed inlet and is arranged separately from the air outlet. The sieve basket is configured to screen the mixture to discharge the water and the fat into the accommodating space.
