QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS
Invention refers to quality control system for detection and identification of insects, pests and the like in such product like cereals, seed, grains and the like. The Quality control system comprises a sample collecting device (1) for collecting a sample in pre-determined amount from a product (P) to be tested, a self-cleaning cyclone filter (2) for cleaning the sample, a vibro separator (3) for separation of the sample in pre-determined sizes or grades, a heating chamber (4) for heating the sample separated in the vibro separator. The system further comprises an identification device (5) for detection and identification of live insects, pests and the like in said sample.
PARTIALLY-UNLOUVERED SIEVE MECHANISM
An exemplary sieve mechanism is configured for separating grain from chaff. The sieve mechanism generally includes a frame and a louvered region including a plurality of louvers mounted to the frame. The sieve mechanism further includes and an unlouvered region lacking louvers such that a gap is defined adjacent the louvered region.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT OF CONTAMINATED METAL POWDER
A method for treating a contaminated metal powder obtained as a residue of a metal deposition process is provided. The method includes receiving, by a vibratory filtering apparatus, the contaminated metal powder generated during the metal deposition process. The contaminated metal powder is received from a top end of the vibratory filtering apparatus. The method further includes filtering the contaminated metal powder by passing the contaminated metal powder through a plurality of filter plates. The plurality of filter plates are so positioned sequentially along a height of the vibratory filtering apparatus that dimensions of a first plurality of holes of a filter plate are larger than dimensions of a second plurality of holes of a subsequent filter plate placed below. The vibratory filtering apparatus is vibrating during the filtering of the contaminated metal powder. The method further includes obtaining, by a receptacle, a filtered metal powder that is reusable.
HIMALAYAN SALT CRYSTAL PURIFICATION PROCESS
The disclosure provides a process for obtaining the purest form of Himalayan pink salt. The purest form of Himalayan pink salt is preferably in crystal in form and is substantially clear and colorless. The disclosure provides a purification process that identifies and removes solid impurities affording the purest form of Himalayan pink salt. The system may machine vision algorithms that process feedback from one or more sensors to detect and identify color or clarity, and may use one or more host controllers to remove solid impurities. The controller may identify the color or clarity and ensure consistent removal of the solid impurities.
Mobile machine for handling aggregate material having a movable component carrier above a conveyor line
A mobile machine for conveying and/or processing mineral aggregate material, includes a machine frame and a conveyor module supported on the machine frame so as to be displaceable relative to the latter. A conveyor line runs along a virtual conveyor path (FB), the conveyor module being designed at least for conveying the aggregate material along the conveyor path on the conveyor line. A component carrier in a working state of the machine runs in an elevation direction (H) at a distance from the conveyor line crosswise with respect to the conveyor path above the conveyor line. The component carrier supports at least one functional module which interacts with the aggregate material conveyed on the conveyor line. The conveyor module is displaceable relative to the machine frame with a displacement component in the elevation direction. The component carrier is movable both relative to the conveyor module and the machine frame.
Apparatus, system and methods to divide flow
An example nonlimiting embodiment of the present invention provides a flow divider that includes a slurry receiving compartment and a discharge arrangement having a plurality of discharge apertures. The slurry receiving compartment is arranged to relatively uniformly flow a portion of a slurry into each of the discharge apertures. The discharge apertures may be arranged linearly and/or horizontally such that the portions of the slurry exits each of the discharge apertures at a relatively even flow rate and feed feed boxes connected to vertically tiered screening surfaces of a screening machine.
AUTOMATED OBJECT-SORTING APPARATUS
An object-sorting apparatus includes a housing that extends from a top end to a bottom end, at least one vibration element, and a plurality of stages arranged in a vertical sequence in the housing between the top end and the bottom end. At least one of the stages includes a sorting base that at least partially defines a floor of the at least one stage. The sorting base is coupled to the at least one vibration element, and is configured to receive thereon a mixture of objects having different sizes, including a target size associated with the at least one stage. The stage also includes apertures defined in and extending through the sorting base and into flow communication with a next lower stage. The apertures are sized to receive therethrough, from the mixture, objects having a size smaller than the target size associated with the at least one stage.
Apparatus and method for separating solids from a solids laden drilling fluid
An apparatus for separating solids from solids laden drilling fluid is provided. The apparatus includes a shale shaker and a screen assembly. The shale shaker includes a base and a basket isolated from the base, a flow tray arranged in the basket for directing screened drilling fluid. The screen assembly includes at least one layer of screening material, a screen support having a perimeter with at least one support point within the perimeter, wherein the flow tray includes at least one raised portion to support the screen assembly. In some versions the shale shaker has a basket having side supports and at least one intermediate support arranged between the side supports. The screen assembly includes a screen support supporting at least one layer of screening material.
SEPARATOR LIFTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus includes a vibratory separator having a frame and a screen, a lift housing disposed proximate the vibratory separator, and a lift system disposed in the lift housing and configured to selectively engage a portion of the vibratory separator to lift the portion of the vibratory separator. A method includes actuating an actuator and vertically extending a lifting member, contacting an alignment device coupled to the lifting member with a corresponding alignment device coupled to a portion of a vibratory separator, and raising the portion of the vibratory separator to provide access to a screen of the vibratory separator.
Recovery Hopper Trough for Vibratory Separator and Method
An apparatus includes a vibratory separator with a top deck, a middle deck, and a bottom deck, and a collection trough coupled to at least one of the top deck, the middle deck, and the bottom deck. The collection trough includes a collection container having an inlet configured to receive a material retained on the at least one of the top deck, the middle deck, and the bottom deck, and a sloped surface configured to guide the material from the inlet to an outlet of the collection container, and a pressure differential generator disposed proximate the outlet of the collection container.
