METHOD FOR REMOVING SUBSTRATE MATERIAL, FOR WASHING, AND FOR DRYING PARTS PRODUCED BY A 3-D PRINTER
A method for removing substrate material from a part produced by a 3-D printer. The machine includes a housing having a working chamber defined therein. A spray header is disposed along at least a portion of the perimeter of the working chamber. A pump is configured and arranged to convey a fluid at varying pressures through the spray header. The fluid contacts the part and then flows to the bottom of the working chamber to a fluid outlet.
Utility cart with aqueous ozone solution faucet, flexible output line, and docking station for spray devices
A transportable system includes a utility cart with an aqueous ozone solution (AOS) supply unit mounted to the utility cart. The utility cart includes a base with wheels, vertical support members extending from the base, and an upper shelf supported by the vertical support members. The AOS supply unit includes an enclosure coupled to the utility cart between the base and the upper shelf, the enclosure including openings for a water inlet and an aqueous ozone solution outlet. The AOS supply unit further includes one or more ozone generators and a fluid mixer disposed within the enclosure. The fluid mixer is fluidically coupled to the one or more ozone generators and configured to inject ozone generated by the one or more ozone generators into water received from a water source via the water inlet to produce an aqueous ozone solution that is output via the aqueous ozone solution outlet.
Throttle plate
An apparatus and method of restricting entry velocity into a tank is provided. To this end, a throttle plate is utilized to reduce circulation turbulence and significantly reduce the probability of damage to fragile articles undergoing deglazing, defrosting, washing or other circulation within a fluid tank. The throttle plate includes a main body with a top, bottom, and opposing sides and is configured to interface with a wash tank in a variety of throttle plate conditions. The main body of the throttle plate sits substantially against an interior wall of the wash tank, partially obscuring one or more inward flowing jets associated with the wash tank. Such obscuring dampens or throttles the flow of water from the jets into the wash tank. The throttle plate is adjustable; thus, a user of the wash tank can utilize the throttle plate to selectively control the flow of water into the tank.
PORTABLE WASH BASIN ASSEMBLY
A portable wash basin assembly for cleaning a tool includes a wash basin having a base and at least one sidewall that extends upward from the base to an upper edge. The wash basin is configured to receive a liquid for cleaning the tool. A plurality of legs are coupled to the wash basin and are adjustable between a use position and a non-use position. A drain is located in the basin and configured to direct the liquid within the basin to a location below the basin. The wash basin is supported upon a frame. The portable wash basin assembly has a first height when the plurality of legs are in the use position and a second height, less than the first height, when the plurality of legs are in the non-use position. The legs are pivotably coupled to the frame between the use position and the non-use position.
CLEANING TANK
This invention relates in general to an industrial cleaning apparatus. The cleaning apparatus has a cleaning tank which has a generally rectangular configuration having two opposing major sides, two opposing minor sides and an opening. A lid is pivotally connected to one of the major sides and adapted to allow access to the cleaning tank when opened and to close the opening of the cleaning tank in use. A horizontally disposed support frame supports the kitchen articles within the cleaning tank. A heating system is disposed within the cleaning tank and heats the fluid therein. A lift assembly raises and lowers the support frame by a remotely operated control system. In use, when the lift assembly is remotely controlled to raise and lower the support frame a corresponding vertical motion of the support frame opens and closes the lid.
APPARATUS FOR SEPARATION OF PARTICULATE MATTER FROM FLUID
Various examples are provided for systems and apparatus for separation of particulate matter from fluid. In one example, an apparatus has a first wall and a second wall connected to and separated by an end edge wall and one or more side edge walls. The first wall has a fluid outlet. The apparatus has a separation chamber with a volume defined by the first wall, the second wall, the end edge wall, and the one or more side edge walls. Each of the side edge walls extends from a respective end of the end edge wall. The side edge walls taper from the end edge wall to a fluid exchange port, to guide contaminants or other particulate matter out the fluid exchange port.
Razor Head Cleaning Device
A razor head cleaning device for improved comfort, performance, and hygiene includes a housing that defines an interior space. A plurality of walls, which is coupled to the housing and positioned in the interior space, defines a reservoir and a chamber. The housing has a front, which has a slot positioned therein that opens into the chamber. A plurality of nozzles is coupled to a top of the housing and positioned in the chamber. A stream of fluid that is expelled from the nozzles contacts a razor head of a shaving razor that is inserted through the slot into the chamber. A pump, which is coupled to the housing and positioned in the interior space, pumps the fluid from the reservoir through the nozzles to clean the razor head.
Cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus capable of thoroughly cleaning all parts of a workpiece is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes: a cleaning chamber; a table rotation shaft that rotates about a first axis; a first swivel fitting disposed inside the table rotation shaft; a table on which the cleaning workpiece is placed; a first motor that rotates the table rotation shaft; a propeller shaft that rotates about a second axis that is parallel to the first axis; a second swivel fitting connected to a propeller shaft; and a nozzle that rotates integrally with the second swivel shaft and that ejects a cleaning fluid in a direction different from the second axis toward the cleaning workpiece.
Portable wash basin assembly
The invention provides, in one embodiment, a portable wash basin assembly for cleaning a tool. The portable wash basin assembly includes a wash basin having a base and at least one sidewall that extends upward from the base to an upper edge, and a plurality of recesses located at the upper edge of the wash basin. The wash basin is configured to support the tool in a first orientation in which a first portion of the tool can be supported within one of the recesses and a second portion of the tool can be supported upon the base, and a second orientation, in which the tool can be supported within two of the recesses on the wash basin.
DRUM TREATMENT APPARATUS
Disclosed are various embodiments of a drum treatment assembly that is configured to remote waste fluid contained within a drum. In one example, among other, drum treatment assembly includes a drum lid with an aperture and a treatment assembly that is suspended from the aperture in the drum lid. The treatment assembly can include a motor enclosure for a motor and a motor coupler. The treatment assembly can also include a skimmer assembly that is attached to the motor coupler.
