The present invention includes a device cleaner, and method of use, for cleaning a device port, particularly a medical device port, that may be inserted into the device port cleaner for cleaning and/or disinfecting.

Controlling cleaning of a layer on a substrate using nozzles

Provided is a method for cleaning an ion implanted resist layer or a substrate after an ashing process. A duty cycle for turning on and turning off flows of a treatment liquid using two or more nozzles is generated. The substrate is exposed to the treatment liquid comprising a first treatment chemical, the first treatment chemical with a first film thickness, temperature, total flow rate, and first composition. A portion of a surface of the substrate is concurrently irradiated with UV light while controlling the selected plurality of cleaning operating variables in order to achieve the two or more cleaning objectives. The cleaning operating variables comprise two or more of the first temperature, first composition, first film thickness, UV wavelength, UV power, first process time, first rotation speed, duty cycle, and percentage of residue removal are optimized to achieve the two or more cleaning objectives.

Ozone wafer cleaning module having an ultraviolet lamp module with rotatable reflectors

A wafer cleaning module and a method for cleaning a wafer with the wafer cleaning module are disclosed. For example, the wafer cleaning module includes a wafer chuck to hold a wafer, an ozone source to provide ozone gas towards the wafer, and an ultraviolet (UV) lamp module to provide UV light. The UV lamp module includes a UV light source and a rotatable reflector around the UV light source. The rotatable reflector is movable to adjust an amount of UV light directed towards a surface of the wafer.

Processing systems and methods to control process drift

Exemplary methods of semiconductor processing may include forming a plasma of a fluorine-containing precursor. The methods may include performing a chamber clean in a processing region of a semiconductor processing chamber. The processing region may be at least partially defined between a faceplate and a substrate support. The methods may include generating aluminum fluoride during the chamber clean. The methods may include contacting surfaces within the processing region with a carbon-containing precursor. The methods may include volatilizing aluminum fluoride from the surfaces of the processing region.
