The apparatus includes a universal machine unit configured to hold the foreign substances, a connecting rod unit including a distal end connecting rod and a connecting rod part, a connecting rod moving unit configured to supply the connecting rod unit into the heating tube to move the connecting rod unit, a connecting rod supply unit provided to sequentially supply the plurality of connecting rods to the connecting rod moving unit, an image-capturing unit configured to be moved to a point where the foreign substances are located to capture an image of the foreign substances, and a controller connected to the universal machine unit, the connecting rod moving unit, and the connecting rod supply unit to control operations thereof.
Device for cleaning a surface
An embodiment provides a device for cleaning a sleeve of an ultraviolet light source, including: the ultraviolet light source for the disinfection of a fluid, wherein the sleeve surrounds the ultraviolet light source; a cleaning composition encapsulated in a polymer material to form a compound; a canister around and in contact with the sleeve and encapsulating the compound against the sleeve thereby placing the compound in a location adjacent to the sleeve, wherein the polymer material dissolves at a pH above a target value above the polymer material dissolution point releases the cleaning composition. Other aspects are described and claimed.
PORTABLE APPARATUS FOR ROLLING AND WASHING A HOSE
An apparatus for simultaneously rolling up and washing hoses. The apparatus has at least one nozzle and one bristle for washing and scrubbing a hose as it is being rolled onto a hose reel. The apparatus can be connected to a standard garden hose or to a water source on a fire truck. The apparatus washes and scrubs a hose of decontaminates as it is being rolled.
Opening maching apparatus for heat transfer tube, method of forming opening in tube wall of heat transfer tube using same, and method of removing foreign material through same opening of same heat transfer tube
The opening machining apparatus for the heat transfer tube includes an electric discharge machining device inserted into the heat transfer tube and configured to form an opening in a tube wall of the heat transfer tube through an electric discharge machining, an electric discharge machining device driving device connected to the electric discharge machining device and configured to transport the electric discharge machining device, an electric discharge machining device driving device connected to the electric discharge machining device and configured to provide force for bringing the electric discharge machining device into contact with a tube wall surface of the heat transfer tube, and an electric discharge machining device rotation device configured to provide force for rotating the electric discharge machining device in a circumferential direction of the heat transfer tube in the heat transfer tube.
Handheld device for removing debris from cords and hoses
A handheld cleaning device for hoses and cords includes an upper enclosing piece and a lower enclosing piece, each housing a corresponding semicylindrical filter foam. The enclosing pieces are connected via mandrel holders and a cylindrical mandrel, with a torsion spring positioned between them to bias the device toward a closed position. Upper and lower leverage handles are attached to the enclosing pieces and connected to the spring legs, allowing manual actuation between open and closed positions. The filter foam compresses around a hose or cord inserted through the interior cavity, enabling efficient and hygienic cleaning while reducing risk of user injury. The device is designed to securely envelop and clean hoses or cords of varying diameters by accommodating their shape and size through the flexible foam components.
Apparatus and methods for self-cleaning and maintaining HVAC heat transfer coils
Apparatus and system for self-cleaning a heat transfer coil of an HVAC system includes a foam or spray generator, one or more manifolds, one or more couplers, and a controller. The foam or spray generator is configured to generate foam or spray. Each manifold includes one or more emitters. The couplers are configured to couple the manifolds onto the heat transfer coil of the HVAC system, such that the emitters are configured to emit the foam or spray onto a side of the heat transfer coil. The controller is configured to cause the foam or spray generator to generate the foam or spray and cause the emitters to emit the foam or spray when a fan is running, such that the foam or spray is caused to flow through the heat transfer coil to clean debris off or apply a treatment to the heat transfer coil.
PRESSURE BLASTER FOR EFFICIENT BIOFOULING REMOVAL OF UNDERWATER STRUCTURES
An apparatus for removing biofouling from underwater structures is disclosed. The apparatus includes a base. The base is configured to at least partially encircle an underwater structure such as a pipe. A plurality of nozzles are arranged in a circular arc around the base. Each nozzle is directed towards the underwater structure. An inlet supply is connected to the plurality of nozzles. The inlet supply provides pressurized fluid to the nozzles. A zero-thrust mechanism is included to balance forces exerted by the pressurized fluid against the underwater structure to maintain a spacing of the apparatus relative to the underwater structure within a prescribed tolerance. Also disclosed is a method for removing biofouling from underwater structures.
Sucker rod wiping tool
Method of cleaning sucker rods using a portable cleaning tool containing a rotating brush assembly to remove scale and corrosion residue on the sucker rods is described herein. The brush is annular with an empty or hollow center, such that the rod can penetrate through the hole in the brush. The tool is powered by air compression, and also contains a mechanism of removing the collected debris for disposal. The cleaning tool assembly could be either a standalone device on site placed on a mounted rack, or could be attached to the rod to be cleaned.
Devices and systems for drilling a wellbore
A rotating control device includes an inner seal assembly configured to be disposed around a drill string and includes at least one pressure seal. The rotating control device includes an outer body configured to be operatively coupled to a blowout preventor. The outer body includes a primary cavity configured to receive, at least partially, the inner seal assembly, and a secondary cavity configured to direct fluid flow and including at least one ramping surface configured to reduce a pressure fluctuation. The primary cavity and the secondary cavity are fluidly connected by a passageway therebetween. The rotating control device also includes at least one outer seal configured to prevent fluid leakage between the outer body and the inner seal assembly; at least one outer bearing assembly configured to facilitate rotation of the inner seal assembly; and a fluid outlet fluidly connected to other drill equipment configured to manage a wellbore pressure.
