A method of fabricating semiconductor devices includes: loading one or more semiconductor wafers into a plurality of stations provided within a process chamber; applying a process to the semiconductor wafers which deposits a material on the one or more semiconductor wafers within the process chamber; and cleaning the process chamber. Suitably, cleaning the process chamber includes flowing a cleaning gas into the process chamber toward a deflector arranged in the process chamber, the deflector having a first surface upon which the flowed cleaning gas impinges, the first surface directing a first portion of the flowed cleaning gas impinging thereon in a first trajectory toward a first end of the process chamber and directing a second portion of the flowed cleaning gas impinging thereon in a second trajectory toward a second end of the process chamber, the second end being opposite the first end.

The exemplary systems may include a foot valve, the foot valve having an input for a fluid, a tray having a grate, the grate configured to support the container; and a rotatable assembly having one or more nozzles, wherein actuation of the foot valve opens a fluid path from the foot valve to the nozzles, such that a fluid may be sprayed above the tray and into the interior of the container.

Etching metal-oxide and protecting chamber components

Various embodiments include methods and chemistries to etch metal-oxide films. In one embodiment, a method of etching tin oxide (SnO.sub.2) films includes using thionyl chloride (SOCl.sub.2) chemistry to produce an etch rate of the SnO.sub.2 films of up to 10-times higher as compared with Cl.sub.2 chemistry for similar flow-rates and process conditions, and gettering oxygen species from the SnO.sub.2 films by using the SOCl.sub.2, thereby forming volatile SO.sub.2 and volatile SnCl.sub.4 to provide human safety and machine safety and operations. Other methods, chemistries, and techniques are disclosed.

The programmable railcar cleaning system can be a standalone, independent unit or integrated into new designs and/or existing systems. Simplified programming and user interface allow an operator to remotely operate the system. The various capabilities of this invention allow cleaning in a quicker and more efficient manner. The system is hydraulically controlled and can work in the presence of flammable vapors and dust.
