CLEANING METHOD AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
A cleaning method according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: supplying a halogen-containing gas that does not contain fluorine to an interior of a processing container that is capable of being exhausted via an exhaust pipe to perform a cleaning; and supplying a fluorine-containing gas to at least one of the interior of the processing container and an interior of the exhaust pipe to perform the cleaning after the supplying the halogen-containing gas to perform the cleaning.
CLEANING METHOD AND PROCESSING APPARATUS
A cleaning method includes: supplying a cleaning gas in a processing container while continuously increasing a pressure in the processing container in a stepwise manner at a plurality of time points, thereby executing a cleaning of the processing container by removing a film deposited in the processing container; and detecting an end point of the cleaning based on time-dependent data of a concentration of a predetermined gas generated during the executing the cleaning, for each pressure of the plurality of time points. The executing the cleaning is implemented when the time-dependent data of the concentration of the predetermined gas generated in the continuously increasing the pressure changes from an increasing state to a decreasing state after exceeding a threshold value.
FLOATING ROOF TANK SCARIFYING SYSTEM
A scarifying rig may be mounted on the surface of a floating roof to move about the perimeter of the roof. The rig comprises a trolley, one or more support rails fixed on the trolley, and a horizontal arm mounted on the support rails for controlled movement along the support rails. A vertical rail is attached substantially to the end of the horizontal arm for reciprocating vertical movement (up and down) about the end of the horizontal arm. A nozzle assembly is mounted to the vertical rail.
HIGH SPEED REUSABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER WASHING SYSTEM WITH BEVERAGE CONTAINER HOLDER HAVING RETAINER WITH LATERAL OPENING
A beverage container washing system may be used for rapid washing and/or sanitizing of beverage containers, e.g., for use in a retail environment to wash and/or sanitize customer-provided beverage containers prior to filling the beverage containers with purchased beverages, among other applications. The beverage container washing system may include a holder that utilizes a base that supports a beverage container in an inverted orientation and a retainer that supports a sidewall of the beverage container and includes a lateral opening through which the beverage container may be passed during insertion into and/or removal from the holder.
CLEANING DEVICE FOR VESSELS
A cleaning device for a vessel includes a base body, a valve, a spray body, a restoring device, a release mechanism and an actuating element. The base body includes a connector, the valve is disposed between the base body and the spray body and the valve is operable by the release mechanism against a restoring force applied by the restoring device, the actuating element being disposed on the release mechanism and the actuating element includes at least one leg forming a supporting surface for a vessel and the spray body includes a spray head disposed above and at a distance from the supporting surface, the restoring force being greater than the sum of the gravitational forces of the vessel, the release mechanism and the actuating element.
LABEL REMOVER APPARATUS AND USE THEREOF
An apparatus for removing material from an object including a support structure accommodating the object and a material remover supported by the support structure and biased against the material, wherein movement of the object relative to the material remover removes the material.
REACTOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CLEANING REACTOR SYSTEMS
A reaction system including a chemical storage assembly in fluid communication with both a remote plasma unit and a bypass line for providing both a plasma activated cleaning species and a non-plasma activated cleaning species to a reaction chamber.
Mechanical Boost Type Cup Spray-Washing Unit Integrated with Temperature-Adjustment and Press-Control
This invention discloses a mechanical boost type cup spray-washing unit integrated with temperature-adjustment and press-control. This unit may regulate the mixing proportion of the cold water and hot water. It in combination with the boosting spray-wash effectively dissolves and washes the residues and juice on the inner wall of cup. This unit is clever in structure, integrates the temperature-adjustment and flush-washing, is directly hidden in the intermediate of the desk installation holes, never occupies surplus space of the kitchen desk, and may be installed in the standard small-hole of the kitchen water-trough desk without extra-opening, or may be directly fixed above the bottom of the water-trough after removal of the drain-panel.
Centrifuge and method for cleaning a centrifuge
The invention relates to a centrifuge for cleaning a reaction vessel unit and to a method for cleaning such a centrifuge. The centrifuge has a rotor and a rotor chamber, in which the rotor is arranged and mounted, the rotor features a receiving area for receiving the reaction vessel unit. The rotor chamber is limited by a housing, the housing having an outlet to drain the liquid discharged from the reaction vessels and being provided with an inlet for filling the rotor chamber with a cleaning solution in such a way, when the rotor rotates, the rotor 2 is at least partially immersed in the cleaning solution and distributes it in rotor chamber and/or the inlet is designed in such a way that the cleaning solution is distributed in rotor chamber when it is supplied by the rotating rotor.
Drinking water and cleaning product refill station
The water, cleaner, and wipe supply station includes multiple, related functions. Specifically: cleaning and refilling bottles with drinking water; cleaning and refilling cleaning product containers; and cleaning and refilling containers with pre-moistened wipes. The result is a reduction of waste introduced into landfills, and a means of centrally distributing clean water, cleaning products, and wipes without the need for additional containers.
