SOURCE CAPTURE APPARATUS FOR MANICURE TABLES
The invention is a table top filtration device designed to filter noxious fumes on or near the table. In one embodiment, the tables are manicure and pedicure tables.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ADDITIVELY PRODUCING AT LEAST ONE COMPONENT REGION OF A COMPONENT
The invention relates to a device (10) for additively producing at least one component region of a component (12), in particular a component (12) of a turbomachine. The device (10) can comprise at least one coating apparatus (14) for applying at least one powder layer of a component material to at least one build-up and joining zone of at least one component platform (16), which can be lowered, wherein the coating apparatus (14) can be moved in relation to the component platform (16). In addition, the device (10) comprises at least one suction device (36) for suctioning of process waste gases and/or particles. The coating apparatus (14) thereby comprises at least one suction channel (22) or at least one suction pipe, which has at least one suction opening (24) oriented in the direction of the component platform (16).
SEALANT DETECTION AND ULTRASONIC CLEANING APPARATUS
A sealant detection and ultrasonic cleaning apparatus (100) is provided. The apparatus (100) comprises: a sealant detection part (1), for detecting whether a sealant on an element to be detected is abnormal; and an ultrasonic cleaning part (2), for carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the element to be detected, which has been detected by the sealant detection part (1). The sealant detection process and the ultrasonic cleaning process are carried out in one apparatus (100), thereby shortening the process flow and reducing a space occupied by devices.
Dedusting of wood boards by use of two counter-rotating pairs of brushes with a vacuum system
A deduster is comprised of two sets (pairs) of counter-rotating dedusting brushes in cooperation with a vacuum system for saw dust removal from wooden lumber. In addition to these features, the deduster may feature a separate, movable, top brush assembly that can be easily adjusted for different board thicknesses and raised up to allow for clearing board jams and for pass-through if boards were to be run without dedusting. This deduster apparatus is modular, thereby allowing it to be positioned over an existing machine or a lumber board unscrambler machine such as a lugged unscrambler machine. There is also a deduster for a board handling hopper.
Frame and exterior shrouding for laser processing system
A frame for a laser processing module can be characterized as including a platform having an upper surface and a lower surface, an optics bridge spaced apart from, and extending over, the upper surface of the platform and a bridge support interposed between, and coupled to, the platform and the optics bridge. At least one selected from the group consisting of the platform and the optics bridge includes a sandwich panel. The sandwich panel can include a first plate, a second plate and a core interposed between the first plate and the second plate. The first plate and the second plate can be indirectly attached to one another by the core and the core can define at least one channel extending between the first plate and the second plate. The sandwich panel can also include a first port formed at an exterior of the sandwich panel and in fluid communication with the at least one channel, and a second port formed at the exterior of the sandwich panel and in fluid communication with the at least one channel.
Soot-exhausting device
A soot-exhausting device is provided with a left and a right upright plate. A front end of the left upright plate is bended and extended to form a first upright plate and a left deflection plate. The upper part of the free end of the left deflection plate is bended rightwardly to form a left top plate. A front end of the right upright plate is bended and extended to form a second upright plate and a right deflection plate. The upper part of the free end of the right deflection plate is bended leftwardly to form a right top plate. The bottom of the air-extraction hood is provided with a left and a right air blow groove that are respectively in elongate shape and parallel to top side of the left and the right top plate and located at the rear end of each top side.
FRAME AND EXTERIOR SHROUDING FOR LASER PROCESSING SYSTEM
A frame for a laser processing module can be characterized as including a platform, a sandwich panel comprising a first plate and a second plate, a plurality of exterior walls, and a core including stiffeners perforated by a plurality of first openings defining an interior of the sandwich panel configured to facilitate air flow in spaces between the first plate and the second plate. A plurality of second openings are formed in the exterior walls, and a plurality of third openings are formed in the first plate, so that the interior of the sandwich panel is in fluid communication with a region external to the sandwich panel such that air flows through the sandwich panel and exits the sandwich panel via the plurality of second openings. A plurality of base supports having a plurality of plates and a plurality of beams extend from the sandwich panel to the platform.
