Compositions for Engine Carbon Removal and Methods and Apparatus for Removing Carbon
This invention relates to cleaning the induction systems, the combustion chambers and exhaust systems of internal combustion engines. And, more particularly, to chemicals and mixtures of chemicals for removing the different types of carbon deposits encountered in internal combustion engines used in road vehicles. Carbon deposits were taken from the induction systems of these road vehicles for the purpose of bench testing such carbon and product development. More specifically, chemicals (i.e., solvents) and chemical mixes (i.e., solutions) have been accurately tested on such harvested carbon deposits for their ability to remove the various types of carbon deposits that accumulate within road vehicle internal combustion engines. Additionally this invention also relates to apparatus for delivering chemicals and chemical mixes. Which includes those developed by applicant, as well as those prior art products marketed for carbon removal, to the induction system of vehicles to maximize the effectiveness of the chemical delivery.
ADHESIVE RESIDUE REMOVAL APPARATUS AND ADHESIVE RESIDUE REMOVAL METHOD
The present invention provides an adhesive residue removal apparatus capable of removing pellicle adhesive residue efficiently without damaging a pattern surface. An adhesive residue removal apparatus for removing organic matter existing as pellicle adhesive residue on a surface of a reticle when a pellicle is separated from the reticle includes a head adapted to generate atmospheric pressure plasma and emit the generated atmospheric pressure plasma to organic matter existing on a surface of a workpiece W; and a control unit adapted to control the atmospheric pressure plasma under irradiation conditions as the atmospheric pressure plasma is emitted from the head to remove the pellicle adhesive residue from the surface of the workpiece.
CLEANING APPARATUS FOR CONCENTRATION CONTROLLER OF COATING MACHINE
A cleaning apparatus for concentration controller of coating machine may include a pulse bubble generator and a container used for cleaning a concentration controller of a coating machine and a tube thereof. The pulse bubble generator has a bubble-generating end connected to the container through a pipe, and the container is filled with a plentiful detergent. The pulse bubble generator is configured to pump air into the detergent with a pulse per time, and a large amount of detergent bubbles are adapted to be generated in the container. The detergent bubbles are configured to be pumped by the concentration controller into the tube and the concentration controller so as to complete cleaning effect of the tube and the concentration controller.
Automatic sterilizing waste glass bottle recycling equipment
The invention discloses an automatic sterilizing waste glass bottle recycling equipment, and includes a machine body, a left side of the upper end of the machine body is provided with a placement opening that opens upwards and opens to the left, a right wall of the placement opening communicates with a channel that opens to the right, and a bottle washing device is provided on the left side of the channel An infrared detection device is arranged in the channel and on the right side of the bottle body scrubbing device, the infrared detection device pushes out bottles with foreign objects or damage in the bottle, and an in-bottle flushing device is provided on the right side in the channel. The outer surface of the recovered glass bottle can be quickly cleaned and the old labels can be removed. By hot water cleaning, both the bottle body can be sterilized by high temperature and the glass bottle can be heated at the same time, so that the next infrared detection can be accurately removed.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE VAPORIZATION OF CARBON DIOXIDE
A method for controlling the ambient temperature vaporization of carbon dioxide, including introducing a liquid carbon dioxide stream at a supply pressure into a pressure reduction valve, thereby producing a carbon dioxide stream at a delivery pressure is provided. The method includes introducing the carbon dioxide stream at the delivery pressure into a heat exchange device, thereby exchanging heat between a stream of ambient temperature air and the liquid carbon dioxide stream, thereby producing a vaporized carbon dioxide stream at the delivery pressure, and introducing the vaporized carbon dioxide stream at the delivery pressure into a backpressure regulator, thereby maintaining the vaporized carbon dioxide stream above a minimum delivery pressure.
Pruner Cleaner
A pruner cleaning machine scrubs gummy sap and foreign matter from pruner blades inserted into its cleaning chamber. The machine includes a motor turning a drive shaft assembly having scrubbers coupled thereon. The scrubbers have scrubbing surfaces facing each other and a central scrubber element resides between the scrubbers.
ADHESIVE REMOVAL TOOL
An adhesive removal tool is provided. An adhesive removal tool for removing adhesive on painted and non-painted automotive parts comprising a bolt coupled through a center hole of rubber wheel via one or more fasteners. The bolt having a threaded portion below a head and meeting a shaft at a midpoint of the bolt and the rubber wheel having an upper lip and a lower lip surround the center hole, the upper lip and the lower lip are surrounded by a donut shaped ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, wherein the head lies flush on the upper lip and the one or more fasteners lie flush against the lower lip when fastened to the threaded portion.
