Apparatus, systems and methods for cleaning and polishing accessories
The present invention relates to accessories. Specifically, the present invention relates to cleaning accessories such as jewelry that have small crevices, impressions, engravings, or other fine details that are difficult to reach and clean. Even more specifically, the present invention relates to polishing and drying the cleaned accessories by using an allotment of polishing compound and/or steam.
Method for cleaning HVAC system and verifying cleaning effectiveness
A method of cleaning and a system and method of determining the effectiveness of a cleaning process for an HVAC system including a heat exchanger having a coil matrix. The coil matrix includes a plurality of rows of heat exchanging coils in which each adjacent row of coils is offset. The plurality of rows define channels extending through the coil matrix between an upstream side and a downstream side. The heat exchanger cleaning method includes applying a cleaning solution and a wet steam mixture directed into the channels. The effectiveness of the cleaning method is determine by a system and method which measures various operating parameters at the inlet side and outlet side of the heat exchanger both before and after the cleaning process. The system and method calculate a SEER rating using the total amount of heat removed by the HVAC system and the total power usage of the HVAC system.
METHODS FOR CLEANING FLOW PATH COMPONENTS OF POWER SYSTEMS AND SUMP PURGE KITS
Methods of cleaning flow path components of power systems, and sump purge kits used in the same or related methods are disclosed. A method of cleaning may include removing a casing of the turbine system to expose a rotor of the turbine system, a plurality of flow path components coupled to the rotor and/or the casing, and a sump system in communication with the rotor. The method may also include pressurizing the sump system in communication with the rotor, and sealing a plurality of openings formed in the rotor. Additionally, the method may include exposing the rotor and the plurality of flow path components to steam to dry hydrocarbons formed on a surface of the rotor and a surface of the plurality of flow path components, and blasting the rotor and the plurality of flow path components with solid carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) to dislodge the dried hydrocarbons.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus, such as a steam mop, includes a steam delivery system having a steam delivery pathway. A fragrance dispenser for receiving a fragrant material is provided on the apparatus, and a portion of the steam delivery pathway is in in heat exchange relationship with the fragrance dispenser to heat the fragrant material in the fragrance dispenser by heat transfer from the steam in the pathway. Fragrance is dispensed from apparatus via heat transfer utilizing the steam pathway as a thermal radiation source.
Water boil cleaning device
A dispensing handle device is disclosed comprising a handle housing having an internal reservoir in which a water boil is prepared to temperatures that clean and, according to the guidelines of governmental health organizations, effectively disinfect surfaces in a post-pandemic world. Moreover, governmental health organizations caution against potentially harmful “chemical” disinfectants or natural products that may not kill microorganisms and therefore are ineffective. Further, the handle applicator has a passageway through which the water boil is dispensed; and a base plate member having an applicator surface on one side and attachable at an opposite side to the handle housing. Integrally formed with the base plate member is a valve comprising a lever and a plurality of torsion spring members, which pressure a sealing end of the lever against the handle housing, whereby sealing the water boil passageway to discharge the water boil in a controlled manner.
Wireless cleaning apparatus using electrical energy to produce calories
A wireless cleaning apparatus uses electrical energy to produce calories. Steam is generated with a view to carrying out a cleaning operation by spraying steam. The steam generator includes a water tank, a heater of the water in order to produce steam, and an extractor for the steam produced heater of the steam includes storage for calories generated, prior to the cleaning operation, by electrical connections for producing heat that can be reversibly connected to an electric power supply includes a solid body, which is traversed by at least one channel or similar, which links the water tank to the means for extracting steam, and through which the water travels.
METHOD OF STERILIZING DRINK FILLING APPARATUS AND DRINK FILLING APPARATUS
To reduce the time required to start a drink filling operation or the time interval between productions.
In a method of sterilizing a drink filling apparatus that includes drink supply piping that feeds a drink into a filling machine through a heating sterilization part, a heated liquid or heated steam is fed to the drink supply piping, temperatures of the drink supply piping at a plurality of positions are detected at predetermined time intervals, a lowest temperature is selected from the detected temperatures, an F value is calculated for the selected lowest temperature, the calculated F value is integrated, and a sterilization step is ended when the integrated F value reaches a target value.
Aseptic filling system
An aseptic filling system includes a heat sterilizer and a filler. The heat sterilizer has a heating unit, a holding tube, a first stage cooling unit and a second stage cooling unit. A circulation line composed of a heating-water line and a cooling-water line is connected to the heating unit and the first stage cooling unit. A connection line is connected to the cooling-water line, and aseptic cooling water in the cooling-water line is sent to the filler through the connection line.
Method for cleaning dissolution vessels and subsequent dosing of a dissolution media, and mobile modular cleaning and dosing equipment for the implementation thereof
The invention relates to a method for cleaning dissolution vessels and for the subsequent dosing of a dissolution media, and to mobile modular cleaning and dosing equipment for the implementation of said method. According to said method, injected water steam is used for the cleaning and is subsequently aspirated, together with the residues of the dissolution, and the vessel is then refilled with the desired quantity of a new dissolution media. The mobile modular cleaning and dosing equipment allows the cleaning and dosing to be carried out in situ without having to remove the dissolution vessels from the equipment or site where the dissolution tests are carried out, using self-sufficient modular equipment, and a novel steam supply line is used for the cleaning, which sprays the steam against the bottom of the vessel and the inner side walls.
Automobile having steam cleaner mounted thereto
The present disclosure relates to an automobile including a steam washer mounted thereon capable of removing water remaining in the steam washer within a short period of time through the use of an air compressing tank and a compressed air feeding pump for feeding compressed air stored in the air compressing tank to a water chamber of a steam generator and a water tank.
