after execution of the cleaning process, to bring the holding unit (18) and at least one further cleaning region (24) of the reprocessing unit (16) together for an execution of a further cleaning process.

Cyclonic Steam Cleaning Apparatus and Methods of Using the Same
20220105546 · 2022-04-07 ·

The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus comprising steam having an induced cyclonic rotation emanating from a tapered nozzle. Specifically, the present invention comprises an element within a tube near or otherwise adjacent to a tapered nozzle from which steam emanates. As the steam passes the element, a rotation is induced in the steam causing it to rotate upon exiting the tapered nozzle. The induced cyclonic rotation of the steam exiting the tapered nozzle of a cleaning apparatus aids in the cleaning of objects. In an exemplary embodiment, the steam cleaning apparatus is a jewelry cleaning apparatus.

Roasting and glazing method

A method of roasting nuts comprises placing water and a mixture of nuts and sugar in a roaster bowl, mixing the water and mixture, heating the roaster bowl during mixing to roast and sugar coat the nuts, covering the roaster bowl with a cover after roasting and sugar coating, adding water to a reservoir disposed within the cover wherein the reservoir includes at least one metering hole, flowing through the metering hole, from the reservoir to the roaster bowl, the water added to the reservoir, glazing the nuts during the flowing of water into the roaster bowl from the reservoir, and removing the cover from the roaster bowl after glazing the nuts. The measured flow of water through the reservoir results in well coated glazed nuts and prevents the formation of a large burst of steam, thus protecting the operator against being scalded during glazing of the roasted nuts, as well as providing other benefits.

COMPRESSOR CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND GAS TURBINE INCLUDING SAME APPARATUS

A compressor cleaning apparatus to clean a compressor of a gas turbine is provided. The compressor cleaning apparatus includes a nozzle configured to inject a cleaning fluid into an interior of a compressor, a fluid supply tube connected to the nozzle to supply the cleaning fluid to the nozzle, a first cleaning fluid supply connected to the fluid supply tube to supply a first cleaning fluid, and a second cleaning fluid supply connected to the fluid supply tube to supply a second cleaning fluid having a temperature higher than that of the first cleaning fluid.

FLUID GUARD NOZZLE

Presented is a fixture to be attached to a device, and method of use thereof, designed to project a fluid upon a surface or object where the distance between the surface or object and the source of applied fluid is in need of precise control. Such need of distance control could be where the fluid, due to temperature or abrasiveness might damage the surface if applied to closely or where the distance may need to be precise where a fluid, such as paint, needs to be applied at a specific distance for optimal coverage.

Fabric steamer

A handheld appliance for emitting steam to treat a fabric has a housing, a water reservoir, a pump, and a steam generator operatively connected to the pump. The housing has an annular steam emitting head having a hole passing through the steam head. The steam head has an outlet with a shape surrounding the hole so that steam inside the steam head is emitted out of the steam head through the outlet around the hole. A handheld appliance for emitting steam to treat a fabric also has a housing having a water reservoir, a pump, a steam generator operatively connected to the pump, and an outlet. The steam generator forms a steam path that has a first layer that extends from an inlet into the steam generator on a first side of a heater to a second layer that is on a second side of the heater opposite to the first layer.

BOTTLE CLEANER

A bottle cleaner includes a housing defining a chamber therein. A support frame is disposed within the housing to support one or more bottles. A base is disposed below the housing. A bottom liner is at least partially received within the housing. The bottom liner defines a plurality of openings and a fluid reservoir. At least one pump is disposed within the base to pump liquid from within the fluid reservoir to one or more spray jets for cleaning the bottles. Further, a blower and heater are disposed within the base. The blower discharges air into the chamber through the plurality of openings to dry the bottles. A heater element produces steam which aids in steam sterilization functionality.

WATER BOIL CLEANING DEVICE

A dispensing handle device is disclosed comprising a handle housing having an internal reservoir in which a water boil is prepared to temperatures that clean and, according to the guidelines of governmental health organizations, effectively disinfect surfaces in a post-pandemic world. Moreover, governmental health organizations caution against potentially harmful “chemical” disinfectants or natural products that may not kill microorganisms and therefore are ineffective. Further, the handle applicator has a passageway through which the water boil is dispensed; and a base plate member having an applicator surface on one side and attachable at an opposite side to the handle housing. Integrally formed with the base plate member is a valve comprising a lever and a plurality of torsion spring members, which pressure a sealing end of the lever against the handle housing, whereby sealing the water boil passageway to discharge the water boil in a controlled manner.

The decontamination apparatus further includes a pressure-relief valve configured to be opened to release a pressure within the interior space.

Steam cleaning device and methods of use

According to various implementations, a dental cleaning device includes a steam conduit and a cooling fluid conduit. The steam conduit has a distal tip with an opening defined therein that allows steam to be applied intraorally close to a dental implant to flush away bacteria that has colonized on or adjacent the dental implant. The cooling fluid conduit has a distal tip with an opening defined therein that allows a cooling fluid to be applied intraorally close to the dental implant following the application of the steam to cool the tissue and prevent overheating of the tissue and bone adjacent the dental implant. For example, the cooling fluid may be applied intermittently with the steam, or the cooling fluid may be applied continuously while the steam is applied intermittently, according to various implementations.
