In the present disclosure, the driving mechanism is a translational trolley, and a bearing block engaged with an end of the pressure roller is provided at an upper side of the translational trolley.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING OF SPRAY CANS
A device for processing spray cans includes a first space, separating means for separating spray cans in the first space, a second space, first transport means for transporting gas from the first space to the second space, and compressing means for compressing gas in the second space. The device also includes second transport means for transporting heat, released during compressing of the gas, from the second space to the first space. The second transport means includes a conduit for having a fluid, flow therethrough. A method for processing of spray cans by means of such a device.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IN BATCH PROCESSING OF SPRAY CANS
A device for batch-wise processing of spray cans includes a first chamber for batch-wise separation of spray cans into solid parts, liquid and gas by separating means, feed means for feeding the spray cans into the first chamber, and first discharge means for discharging the solid parts from the first chamber. A wall of the first chamber is provided with a plurality of passages for allowing passage of the liquid and the gas but unsuitable for allowing passage of the solid parts, a second chamber surrounds the first chamber or at least the portion of the wall provided with the passages. The device further includes second discharge means for discharging the gas from the second chamber, and third discharge means for discharging the liquid from the second chamber. A method for batch-wise processing of spray cans using the aforementioned device.
USED PAPER DIAPER PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
In a processing tank where a processing liquid is stored up to a first water level, first stirring processing that removes water from a used paper diaper is performed to remove the water from the used paper diaper. Then, the processing liquid is stored up to a second water level higher than the first water level, and second stirring processing that separates excrement contained in the used paper diaper from the used paper diaper is performed to separate the excrement from the used paper diaper. After that, dehydration processing is performed.
Method for the treatment of used batteries, in particular rechargeable batteries, and battery processing installation
A method is described for the treatment of used batteries, in particular lithium batteries, containing the steps: comminuting the batteries such that comminuted material is obtained, inactivating the comminuted material such that inactivated comminuted material is obtained, and filling a transport container with the inactivated comminuted material. The inactivation is performed by drying the comminuted material, and the comminuted material is dried until an electrolyte content is so low that an electrochemical reaction is not possible.
PAINT DISPENSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A fluid dispensing apparatus may be used to dispense a paint fluid from a paint container that is under pressure and that has a pierceable membrane. The fluid dispensing apparatus may include a valve body having a bore, an adaptor having a bore and a piercing member, and a nozzle having a bore. The fluid dispensing apparatus may be operable to pierce the pierceable membrane to communicate the paint within the paint container with the adaptor bore and with the valve body bore. The nozzle may be operable to permit the paint to flow under the pressure out of the paint container, through the adaptor bore, through the valve body bore and through the nozzle bore to ambient.
USED CAPSULE DISPOSAL ASSEMBLY
A capsule opening assembly for opening a used capsule is provided. The capsule body has an opening and extends about a longitudinal capsule axis, defining a chamber closed by a lid. The assembly includes a used capsule cutting device having a knife or cutting blade; a used capsule blocking device grasping the used capsule in a predetermined position defining a locking seat and leaving exposed the capsule opening closed by the lid; a used capsule moving device having a carriage supporting the used capsule blocking device. The carriage moves the used capsule blocking device with respect to the used capsule cutting device. Relative movement occurs along a predetermined path including at least one linear stretch directed along a direction parallel to or coincident with the longitudinal capsule axis. The knife, during movement along the linear path stretch, cuts a lid portion along a predetermined line to open the capsule chamber.
USED CAPSULE DISPOSAL ASSEMBLY
A used capsule moving assembly includes a capsule blocking device leaving a capsule opening accessible, a used capsule moving device supporting the capsule blocking device and moving the capsule blocking device by taking it in front of a cutting device to partially open a capsule lid, in front of an emptying device to empty a used or extracted or exhausted substance, including used ground coffee, from a capsule body without breaking or destroying the capsule body, and in front of a capsule collection device to collect the capsule body emptied of the used or extracted or exhausted substance. The used capsule moving device displaces the capsule blocking device along a linear path at least when the capsule blocking device is placed so as to take the capsule body with the longitudinal capsule axis thereof in front of each of the cutting, emptying, and collection devices.
Recycling of infusion capsules
A device for separating infusion capsules comprises a base unit and a plunger, the base unit having a face with an aperture for receiving a body part of the capsule, wherein a portion of the face surrounding the aperture has a surface that undulates in a longitudinal direction relative to a central axis through the aperture; the plunger comprising a projection sized to fit within the aperture. A capsule can be placed, rim side down, on the base unit over the aperture, and the plunger used to urge the capsule down into the aperture. The result is that the capsule inverts, rupturing the foil layer and emptying the coffee or other infusion into the base unit below the aperture. The coffee (etc) and the capsule can then be removed for separate recycling. The undulating surface ensures that the rim section of the capsule is distorted during this process, which assists in separating any layers that have been provided for example by way of sealant.
