The processing apparatus includes: a processing tank configured to store the water-containing organic matters; a stirring unit configured to stir the water-containing organic matters; a heater configured to heat the processing tank; an exhaust unit configured to exhaust gas from the processing tank at a rate from 1 m.sup.3/min to 300 m.sup.3/min; and an ion gas supply unit configured to supply ion gas into the processing tank with the exhaustion of the gas from the interior of the processing tank, the ion gas having an ion density of at least 2,000,000 pcs/cc, wherein the heater heats an interior of the processing tank while the stirring unit stirs the water-containing organic matters, and the ion gas is supplied into the processing tank according to the exhaustion by the exhaust unit, whereby processing the water-containing organic matters.
BIOWASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF BIOWASTE TREATMENT IN ASSOCIATION THEREWITH
A decentralized based biowaste treatment system for treating biowaste (i.e., organic matter type/based waste such as manure, sawdust and/or food scraps) by manner of anaerobic digestion (e.g., an anaerobic digestion based waste-to-resource system) and a method of biowaste treatment in association with the biowaste treatment system.
Insect-based biowaste processing apparatus
Continuous insect-based biowaste processing apparatus has a tubular drum; a drive for rotatably driving the drum; a shaftless screw conveyor fixedly connected to an inner surface of the drum; circumferentially spaced cantilevered blades that (a) are connected to the inner drum surface and (b) each longitudinally extends throughout the drum; and a mechanism for introducing a conglomerate portion that includes biowaste and insect larvae into the drum interior. The screw conveyor is subdivided into longitudinally spaced chambers for the introduced insect larvae, each of the chambers being defined by two adjacent flights of the screw conveyor and by the blades. The size of the insect larvae progressively increases within a more distally located rearing chamber. Two or more blades firmly hold and unify the conglomerate portion throughout its residing time within the drum interior while being distally conveyed.
CENTRALIZED TREATMENT DEVICES FOR KITCHEN WASTE
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a centralized treatment device for kitchen waste. The centralized treatment device includes an upper box, an outer cover, a pulverizer, an inner cover, a filter press, a drying granulator, a lower box, an electrolysis device, a hanging basket, a material box, an exhaust fan, and a linkage mechanism. Smashed kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation by the filter press. Filter residues enter the drying granulator to be partially carbonized, and partially carbonized filter residues and mixed powder treatment agent form solid residue particles. The solid residue particles degrade and adsorb pollutants in the water after being activated by an acidic solution. Meanwhile, accumulated water-absorbing solid residue particles help to degrade the pollutants in the water through the electrolysis device. A separation area is configured to separate oil and discharge the oil separately.
METHOD FOR SANITIZING WASTE
The present invention relates to a method for sanitizing waste, where waste having specific bacterial counts are subjected to an enzyme composition at a pH between 30 and 6.0 and at a temperature of between 40 C. and 60 C., the liquid is separated and the waste is subjected to the enzyme composition for a period of 10 to 30 hours to obtain at least partial reduction in bacterial count.
System and Method for Food Waste Decomposition
Machines, processes and methods in relation to processing of waste, in particular food waste or organic waste are provided. Some embodiments of described machines, processes and methods include a drum to receive waste, mixing blades to process waste, a source of air that is rich in reactive oxygen species, an air flow system comprising a heater to circulate air through the drum, and sensors provided in the machine to monitor operating parameters. A control system is configured to control operation of the machine.
WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD BASED ON INTEGRATED NATURAL AND CHEMICAL PROCESSES
A waste treatment plant integrates larvae-based natural processing with chemical processing for transforming animal waste into chemical products. The plant includes a pretreatment unit configured to receive animal waste, moisturize the animal waste with water, provide black soldier fly, BSF, larvae, and load a tray with a mixture of the animal waste, water, and the BSF larvae; a storage room configured to receive the tray and hold the tray between 10 and 14 days; a separation mechanism configured to receive a content of the tray after the 10 to 14 days, and separate the BSF larvae from undigested animal waste; a chitin and protein extraction unit configured to receive the BSF larvae and extract chitin and proteins; and a thermo-processing unit configured to receive the undigested animal waste and extract bio-oil and bio-char.
FOOD WASTE DISPOSER
Disclosed herein is a food waste disposer. The food waste disposer includes a cover housing, a disposal arranged inside the cover housing to receive food waste, an exhaust pipe connected to the disposal and configured to guide air containing moisture, a water storage container including a water storage opening configured to collect condensed water from the exhaust pipe, and configured to separate from the cover housing, a water storage cover connected to the exhaust pipe, and configured to cover the water storage opening of the water storage container, and a locking seat configured to limit movement of the water storage container. A space between the water storage container and the water storage cover is sealed in response to the movement of the water storage container being limited by the locking seat.
Harmless and Recycling Treatment Method for Kitchen Waste
The present disclosure relates to a harmless and recycling treatment method for kitchen waste. The method includes: step S1: sorting the kitchen waste, deodorizing the kitchen waste, and then implementing a solid-liquid separation to the kitchen waste to obtain solid and filtrate; step S2: adjusting pH of the filtrate to 12-13, adding a demulsifier to the filtrate, standing still, recovering an upper layer of oil and obtaining a lower layer of clear liquid; drying and burning the solid obtained in the step S1, to obtain biochar; and step S3: implementing an advanced oxidation treatment and a biochemical treatment to the lower layer of clear liquid obtained in the step S2, to obtain water. The method can effectively recycle the kitchen waste into resources, alleviate the social and environmental problems caused by the current kitchen waste, and the method is suitable for popularization and application.
