METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT OF CONTAMINATED SOIL WITH DIOXINE, AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES, OIL, ORGANIC CHEMICALS AND VOLATILE HEAVY METALS
The present invention relates to a method for treating contaminated soil. A method for treating contaminated soil according to the present invention comprises: a flushing step of inserting a spraying rod including a nozzle into soil to spray a flushing liquid or an oxidizing liquid thereto; a first collection step of collecting floating material from the soil after the flushing step; a first phase separation step of separating the floating material collected in the first collection step into a liquid phase material and a solid phase material; a heating step of inserting a heating member into the solid fraction separated in the phase separation step to heat the solid fraction; a second collection step of collecting steam generated by the heating step; and a pyrolysis step of separating a gas phase material from the floating material from the floating material separated in the second collection step and performing heat treatment.

Method for Disinfecting Soils or Other Agricultural Growing Media
The invention relates to a method for disinfecting soils or other agricultural growing media, characterised by comprising the following steps: obtaining a soil or other agricultural growing medium at their field capacity; treating the soil or medium at the field capacity of the previous step with ozonated water, wherein the ozonated water is prepared in situ with ozone-production equipment connected to the water supply; allowing a period of time to pass after the treatment with ozone; and inoculating the disinfected soil or agricultural medium with at least one species of beneficial microorganism.

Methods and systems for processing dredge spoils
Methods and systems including processing dredge spoils to reclaim soil therefrom. The techniques may include a feed system for receiving dredge spoils, a dewatering system for removing water from the dredge spoils, and a grinder/mixer for grinding the dredge spoils from the dewatering system while mixing the dredge spoils with one or more additional materials.

SOIL RECLAMATION SYSTEM AND PROCESS
A system for treating a contaminated soil. The system includes a soil receptacle, a first conveyance mechanism in communication with the soil receptacle, and a second conveyance mechanism in communication with the first conveyance mechanism. The second conveyor is placed lower relative to the first conveyor so that the contaminated soil drops in elevation as it passes from the first conveyor to the second conveyor. One or more pretreatment sprayers are positioned substantially at a junction between the first conveyor and the second conveyor and that spray the contaminated soil as it moves from the first conveyor to the second conveyor. One or more sprayers are also positioned on the second conveyor such that they can spray the contaminated soil as it passes. An aerator is located at a depositing end of the second conveyor, by which the contaminated soil is further aerated as it drops of the depositing end of the second conveyor and contacts the aerator. One or more optional final sprayers can be positioned on the second conveyor such that they are able to spray the contaminated soil as it drops off the depositing end and contacts the aerator.

System and method for reclaiming and optimizing land
The present invention is a system for treating land, either to reclaim or optimize the land. Embedded subsurface pipes deliver water to the land. The water may be loaded with soil-treating additives. As water streams from the pipes, it treats the land before passing into a drainage ditch around the periphery of the land. The water is removed from the ditch and recycled, removing contaminants (in reclamation operations) or adding more additives (in optimization operations), before returning to the pipes for another round of treatment, if necessary.
