STEEL MATERIAL EXHIBITING HIGH TOUGHNESS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND STRUCTURAL STEEL PLATE FABRICATED USING STEEL MATERIAL

The present invention provides a steel material which has a plate shape and achieves both high strength and high rigidity by imparting large nonuniform deformation to the steel material utilizing rolling using a large-diameter work roll. The steel plate according to an embodiment of the present invention is produced by performing rolling using a rolling mill having a work roll diameter of 650 mm or more in a warm temperature region so that a nonuniform metallographic structure is formed in a plate thickness direction and thus the steel plate of the present invention is a high-strength and high-rigidity steel plate in which a yield strength is 580 MPa or more and a Young's modulus at a plate thickness center portion or a surface layer portion is 210 GPa or more and a difference in Young's moduli at the plate thickness center portion and the surface layer portion is 5 GPa or more in a case in which a tensile direction in a tensile test is at least any one of a rolling direction, a plate width direction, or a direction forming an angle difference of 45 degrees from the rolling direction and the plate width direction.

SINGLE-SIDED TOWER-TYPE ROLLER SYSTEM BASED ASYNCHRONOUS ROLLING MILL FOR ROLLING ULTRA-THIN COMPOSITE STRIP AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

A single-side tower-type roller system based asynchronous rolling mill for rolling an ultra-thin composite strip and a hydraulic system therefor are provided. The mill includes a machine frame and reel assemblies. An upper roller system assembly and a lower roller system assembly are arranged in the machine frame. A down-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the upper roller system assembly and the lower roller system assembly. A support roller balance assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to support and balance the upper roller system assembly. The lower roller system assembly includes right and left working rollers. The right working roller is a plain roller. The left working roller is a patterned roller. A left-pressing assembly is arranged on the machine frame and used to adjust a roll gap between the right and left working rollers.

METHOD FOR MAKING A METAL MATERIAL COMPOSITE

The present invention relates to the technical field of material processing and provides a method for making a metal material composite, including: contacting a first surface of a first plate with a second surface of a second plate; placing the first plate and the second plate in a recess in a circumferential direction of a first roller such that a third surface of the second plate contacts a bottom wall of the recess in a circumferential, the third surface being opposite the second surface, the first plate having a greater hardness than the second plate; and controlling a first roller and a second roller to rotate, thereby rolling to combine the first plate and the second plate into a composite plate, where a fourth surface of the first plate contacts a surface of the second roller and the fourth surface is opposite the first surface during the rolling. According to the method for making a metal material composite in the present invention, flashings and burr on the side edges of a composite plate are avoided by placing the first plate and the second plate in a recess for machining.

STEEL PLATE DOUBLE-PRE-STACKING SYSTEM FOR SINGLE SHEAR LINE, AND STACKING METHOD THEREOF

A dual pre-stacking system of steel plates for a single cutting line and a stacking method therefor. The dual pre-stacking system comprises: a cooling bed inspection stand, a crop shear with a cut-to-length function, a bilateral shear, 1# inkjet printer, a front pre-stacker, a cut-to-length shear, a length and thickness gauge, 2# inkjet printer, surface check/size inspection and fitting, and a rear pre-stacker arranged in order along the roller. The dual pre-stacking system and the stacking method therefor of the present invention solves the problem that the inkjet printing, size fitting and pre-stacking in the later zone of the cutting line are slow when producing steel plates with high magnification, simultaneously performs pre-stacking operation after bilateral cutting and surface check in one cutting line, achieves synchronous inkjet printing/imprinting, size fitting and pre-stacking of the steel plates at two sites along the cutting line, and improves production rate of the cutting line and warehousing efficiency of finished products.

CELL PHONE FRAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention provides a cell phone frame and a method for manufacturing the same, and relates to the technical field of cell phone accessories. The cell phone frame includes a composite plate, the composite plate encloses a accommodation space for accommodating the cell phone, the composite plate includes a first plate and a second plate, a first side surface of the first plate is provided with striations, the first side surface of the second plate and the first side surface of the first plate are rolled to connect, and the striations of which adjacent ones have a pitch of 0.005 mm to 0.03 mm account for more than 90% of all the striations. According to the cell phone frame provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the first side surface of the first plate is roughened to form striations, which increases the area of the first plate and the second plate subjected to rolling, so that a composite plate produced by combining the first plate and the second plate has a higher bonding strength, thereby ensuring that the cell phone frame is firmer.
