PULSE CURRENT ASSISTED UNCANNED ROLLING METHOD FOR TITANIUM-TiAl COMPOSITE PLATES
The present disclosure provides a pulse current assisted uncanned rolling method for titanium-TiAl composite plates, including the following specific steps: 1. preparing titanium alloy sheets; 2. preparing TiAl alloy sheets; 3. uncanned lay-up; 4. pulse current assisted hot-rolling; 5. separation and subsequent processing, thus getting the titanium-TiAl composite plates. The composite plates are of good quality on the surface without oxide layer shedding, no cracks at the edges and the ends, with uniform and fine microstructures, good bonding interface and excellent mechanical properties.

PREVENTING WORN EDGES WHEN ROLLING FLAT ROLLED PRODUCTS
A roll stand (1) having at least one pair of rollers (4, 5) between which a flat rolled product (2) is located. The rollers (4, 5) can be moved axially in opposite directions. The roll stand (1) has a bending system (6) for the rollers (4, 5). A controller (8) of the roll stand (1) uses the bending and the axial movement of the rollers (4, 5) in order to regulate the roll gap contour as an adjustment mechanism. Prior to rolling a respective rolled product (2), the controller determines a respective axial position (x) as the resulting axial position (x) and sets the axial position as the axial position (x) of the rollers (4, 5) for the roll stand (1) in order to roll the next flat rolled product (2). For this purpose, the controller (8) ascertains how far a specified target roll gap contour can be approximated for a plurality of axial positions (x) of the rollers (4, 5) by actuating the adjustment mechanism (6, 7) while taking into consideration technological boundary conditions and classifies the axial positions (x) at which a deviation of the resulting roll gap contour from the target roll gap contour lies below a specified limit as being permissible. The controller then removes the axial positions (x) excluded from the plurality of axial positions (x) classified as being permissible as long as at least one axial position (x) classified as being permissible still remains after the excluded axial positions (x) are removed. The controller (8) determines one of the remaining axial positions (x) as the resulting axial position (x).
Titanium material for hot rolling
A titanium material for hot rolling 1 includes a titanium cast piece 3, and titanium sheets 4 that are welded to faces corresponding to rolling surfaces 3a of the titanium cast piece 3. The titanium cast piece 3 and the titanium sheets 4 have the same kind of chemical composition. The titanium material for hot rolling 1 can maintain good surface properties after hot rolling even if a slabbing process or a finishing process is omitted.

HIGH-STRENGTH DOUBLE-SIDED STAINLESS STEEL COMPOSITE BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-strength double-sided stainless steel clad sheet, including a substrate layer, and stainless steel clad layers clad-rolled on double sides of the substrate layer. The substrate layer consists, in mass percent, the chemical elements: C: 0.03-0.12%, 0<Si0.30%, Mn: 0.2-1.0%, Al: 0.02-0.04%, Ti: 0.01-0.03%, Nb: 0.005-0.020%, d N: 0.003-0.006%, with the balance being iron and other inevitable impurities. Also disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the high-strength double-sided stainless steel clad sheet, including the steps of: (1) obtaining the substrate layer and the stainless steel clad layer; (2) billet making; (3) clad-rolling; and (4) solution annealing and pickling treatment: controlling the solution temperature to be 950-1020 C., and then cooling down to room temperature at an average cooling rate of 20-50 C./s.
DUPLEX STAINLESS CLAD STEEL PLATE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SAME
Disclosed is a duplex stainless clad steel plate in which a duplex stainless steel plate as a cladding metal is bonded or joined to one or both surfaces of a base steel plate, in which the base steel plate comprises a predetermined chemical composition such that Nb/N is 3.0 or more and Ceq is 0.35 to 0.45, and the duplex stainless steel plate comprises: a predetermined chemical composition such that PI is 34.0 to 43.0; and a microstructure containing a ferrite phase in an area fraction of 35% to 65%, and in the microstructure, an amount of precipitated Cr is 2.00% or less and an amount of precipitated Mo is 0.50% or less.
