ROTATIONAL EXTRUSION MOLDING DIE AND SLENDER METAL WORKPIECE MADE WITH SAME
A rotational extrusion molding die and a slender metal workpiece made with same are introduced. The rotational extrusion molding die includes a female mold device, a male mold device, and a rotation driving device. The female mold device is symmetric about an axis to define a cavity corresponding in shape to the slender metal workpiece. The male mold device is movable controllably along the axis relative to the female mold device, allowing the metal blank to pass through the cavity and thereby turn into the slender metal workpiece. The rotation driving device drives the female mold device to rotate about the axis relative to the male mold device. The slender metal workpiece thus manufactured has continuous metal flow lines which extend continually along the axis and along an arc defined by the axis, thereby improving the slender metal workpiece in mechanical properties, mechanical strength, and damping capacity.

The invention relates to a bar and tube extruding press for forming metal ingots into profiles, tubes, bars or the like, comprising a male die and a female die, through which a metal ingot can be pressed by means of the male die, comprising a container, and comprising a driving device, in which the driving device comprises at least one main cylinder for applying the main pressing force of the male die to the metal ingots, characterized in that on the one hand the driving device comprises at least one speed-controlled internal gear pump for providing the hydraulic oil to the at least one main cylinder, by means of which the at least one main cylinder can be driven, and in that on the other hand the driving device additionally comprises at least one hydraulic advance and/or return cylinder for moving the male die in relation to the female die or at least one electrical drive for moving the male die in relation to the female die, by means of which the male die can he moved into a position in which the speed-controlled internal gear pump only then interacts with the at least one main cylinder in such a way that the main pressing force is applied to the male die by means of the at least one main cylinder.
EXTRUSION METHOD FOR EXTRUDED MATERIAL
An extrusion method using an extrusion press including an end platen to which a pressure ring is provided, a die, a container, a drive part for movement of the container, and a main cylinder device having an extrusion stem to form a billet into a shape includes extruding the billet loaded in the container by the extrusion stem from the die to shape it to an extruded material, releasing sealing pressure from the die, cutting the billet between the die and the container and between the die and the pressure ring by moving the die, and resuming shaping of extruded materials by the billet remaining inside the container.
Screw extruder for continuous extrusion of materials with high viscosity
A screw extruder for the continuous extrusion of materials with high viscosity, in particular metals such as aluminum and its alloys. The extruder includes an Archimedes screw (1) rotationally provided within a liner (2) of a screw housing (4) having an inlet (11) for the feeding of the material to be extruded, a compacting or extrusion chamber (5) and an extrusion die assembly with a die (6) which forms the shape of the extruded product (7). The required compaction takes place at the down-stream end of the screw towards the extrusion chamber (5) corresponding to up to 540 of the rotation of the screw, or up to 1.5 turns of the screw flight length. The solid plug of metal formed at the end of the screw and extrusion chamber (5) is restricted from rigid rotation to obtain the required compaction and extrusion pressure.
