APPARATUS FOR WINDING UP A METAL STRIP
An apparatus for winding up a metal strip into a coil. A frame in which a second counter-bending roller is mounted in a rotatable manner. The frame is movable with the aid of a second setting device between a coiler shaft position and a roller bed position. In the roller bed position, the second counter-bending roller alongside a first counter-bending roller acts as the roller bed roller of a roller bed which is arranged above the coiling device.
LAYING-PIPE SEGMENT, LAYING-PIPE HOLDER AND ARRANGEMENT OF A LAYING-PIPE HOLDER AND A LAYING PIPE
A laying-pipe segment is produced using an additive manufacturing method, as part of a laying pipe for depositing a workpiece guided through the laying-pipe segment, with a laying-pipe segment length, with a laying-pipe segment axis deviating along the laying-pipe segment length from a straight line, with an outside diameter and an inside diameter, by the difference of which a wall thickness is determined, as well as with a laying-pipe segment cross section formed along the laying-pipe segment axis, wherein the wall thickness is determined at a particular height of the laying-pipe segment axis of the laying-pipe segment.

Method and device for winding a material web
Device for winding a material web, particularly a metal strip, wherein a coil (1) is supported during the winding process by at least two support rollers (2, 3), wherein the support rollers (2, 3) can be jointly pivoted about a pivot axis (18) between a first, substantially horizontal, position and a second position, which is inclined relative to the horizontal position, by means of a pivoting device (11).
MACHINE FOR WINDING COILS
A machine for winding coils comprising at least one support frame, a belt having a closed-ring configuration installed on the support frame so as to substantially surround it peripherally, and a platform on which the at least one support frame is positioned. The platform is provided with support elements configured to selectively support the at least one support frame in a distanced position with respect to the platform. Actuation members are associated with at least some of said support elements, and are able to be selectively activated to take at least some of said support elements to a first operating position constraining the support frame to the platform, and to a second non-operating position of non-interference with said support frame.
Systems and methods for threading a hot coil on a mill
Systems and methods of threading a metal substrate on a rolling mill include receiving a coil of the metal substrate. The method also includes uncoiling the metal substrate from the coil while the coil and guiding the metal substrate to a work stand of the rolling mill with a threading system.
WINDING MACHINE FOR WRAPPING MULTIPLE COILS OF ROLLED MATERIAL AROUND A REEL
A winding machine (100; 100a, 100b) for wrapping strands of rolled material, such as a bar, a rod, wire or the like, around a reel into coils: a reel (50; 50a, 50b); a base flange (1) defining a first catching recess (6) intended to receive an end of a first strand (17; 17a, 17b); a first cover (9) movable between an open position leaving the first catching recess (6) exposed and a closed position covering the first catching recess (6) to form a closed passage for the end of the first strand (17; 17a, 17b) in order to secure the end of the first strand to the reel (50; 50a, 50b). At least a second element (2) defining a second catching recess (4); and at least a second cover (8) movable between an open position leaving the further catching recess (4) exposed and a closed position covering the second catching recess (4) to form a closed passage for the end of a second strand (27; 27a, 27b) in order to secure the end of the second strand to the reel (50; 50a, 50b).

NEGATIVE PRESSURE SHEET STRUCTURE
A tabular negative pressure sheet 3 includes a baseplate 4, a sheet 5 with conduction grooves, a nonwoven cloth lamination outer layer 6, and a surface layer member 7. The baseplate 4 is a member as a base of the tabular negative pressure sheet 3. In addition, the sheet 5 with conduction grooves is a member disposed on the outer side of the baseplate 4, and on the surface thereof, negative pressure conduction grooves 8 are formed. In the tabular negative pressure sheet 3, negative pressure conduction grooves 8 are formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction in which a strip 2 is threaded so that a negative pressure is generated as far as an end portion of the tabular negative pressure sheet 3.
Belt replacement device
A belt replacement device may include: a base portion having a belt placed thereon, the belt being wound in a roll shape; a rotating portion mounted on the base portion, and rotating the belt wound in a roll shape; a transporting portion holding and transporting the belt passed through the rotating portion; a guide portion guiding the belt discharged through the transporting portion; and a loading portion to which the belt dropped from the guide portion is loaded, and the belt replacement device can improve winding workability for the belt.
