ROLL BENDING MACHINE
A roll bending machine includes a roller unit and a tension device. The roller unit rolls and bends a strip member at a rolling rate varying in a width-wise direction of the strip member. The tension device applies tension to the strip member after being rolled by the roller unit in a rolling direction of the strip member, thereby reducing compressive stress which usually result in formation of wrinkles on the strip member. This minimizes the probability of formation of wrinkles on the strip member.

Method and apparatus for repair of radial deformation of multi-strand wire
Apparatuses and methods for correcting radial deformation in multi-strand wire, including a method comprising obtaining an apparatus comprising a base and a first and second roller rotatably attached to the base and laterally aligned with and laterally offset from one another, wherein each of the first and second rollers has an annular groove with a concave configuration; positioning the apparatus on a radially deformed multi-strand wire suspended between two support members such that the multi-strand wire is positioned substantially linearly in the lateral offset between the first and second rollers; and moving the apparatus over the radially deformed multi-strand wire such that a first side of the multi-strand wire is received in the groove of the first roller and a second side of the multi-strand wire is received in the groove of the second roller whereby the length of radially deformed multi-strand wire is reformed.

Apparatus for straightening metal products comprising:
at least one rotation shaft on which at least one straightening roll is installed in a selectively removable manner;
a first structure provided with at least a first support member configured to hold and support a first end of the rotation shaft;
a second structure provided with at least a second support member configured to selectively support and hold a second end, opposite the first end, of the rotation shaft;
a movement member configured to move the second structure toward/away from the first structure and to allow the installation or removal of the straightening roll from the rotation shaft.

Stick curvature correction device
Provided is a stick curvature correction device that can determine a curvature of a stick with a simple structure and correct a curvature of a curved stick. The stick curvature correction device includes a curvature detection unit, a center push-up unit, a stick holding unit, and a stick correction unit. The curvature detection unit includes two-end push-up units, and a multi-point sensor unit. The center push-up unit causes a curved stick to axially rotate to be in a mountain bow state, and pushes up a part between a left end and a center of the stick. The stick holding unit holds the right end of the stick, and holds the stick slidably in a direction of the left end of the stick. The stick correction unit applies a force in a direction opposite to a curve direction of the put stick and corrects a curvature of the curved stick.
Stick curvature correction device
Provided is a stick curvature correction device that can determine a curvature of a stick with a simple structure and correct a curvature of a curved stick. The stick curvature correction device includes a curvature detection unit, a center push-up unit, a stick holding unit, and a stick correction unit. The curvature detection unit includes two-end push-up units, and a multi-point sensor unit. The center push-up unit causes a curved stick to axially rotate to be in a mountain bow state, and pushes up a part between a left end and a center of the stick. The stick holding unit holds the right end of the stick, and holds the stick slidably in a direction of the left end of the stick. The stick correction unit applies a force in a direction opposite to a curve direction of the put stick and corrects a curvature of the curved stick.
METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTING THE STRAIGHTENING OF METAL ELEMENTS OF ELONGATED SHAPE AND APPARATUS FOR STRAIGHTENING THE SAME ELEMENTS
The method for automatically adjusting the straightening of metal elements of elongated shape, in particular iron rods, provides to prearrange a drawing and/or straightening assembly (3) for straightening and feeding at least one metal element (2) of elongated shape along a feeding direction (A) on a work plane (5), at least theoretical, and a control assembly, predisposed to send to said drawing and/or straightening assembly (3) adjustment commands for the straightening parameters. Moreover, the method provides to prearrange a detection assembly (10) comprising at least a first detection member (11) arranged on a first detection plane (21), a second detection member (12) arranged on a second detection plane (22), predisposed to detect at least a first datum and a second datum respectively, each indicating the instantaneous value of a respective distance from a cross-section of the metal element (2) of elongated shape in the moment when it crosses the first detection plane (21) and the second detection plane (22) respectively, and an acquisition and processing device of said first datum and second datum.
