FENCE POST STRAIGHTENING DEVICE
A three blade fence post straightening device comprises a first row of at least three rollers and a second row of at least three rollers. An axis of rotation of each of the rollers in the first row may be substantially parallel to each other and an axis of rotation of each of the rollers in the second row may be substantially parallel to each other. A forming profile defined between outer surfaces of the respective rollers of each pair of rollers may substantially correspond to a cross section of a three blade fence post, with forming profiles of each pair of rollers being longitudinally aligned to form a substantially straight path through the straightening device. A drive means may be configured to drive each of the rollers in the first row and/or the second row.

A three blade fence post straightening device comprises a first row of at least three rollers and a second row of at least three rollers. An axis of rotation of each of the rollers in the first row may be substantially parallel to each other and an axis of rotation of each of the rollers in the second row may be substantially parallel to each other. A drive means may be configured to drive each of the rollers in the first row and/or the second row.
REROUNDING TOOL FOR REROUNDING OF TUBULAR STRUCTURES AND THE LIKE
A method for rerounding a tubular structure includes the steps of: (1) inserting the tubular structure into a rerounding tool that is in an open position, the rerounding tool having a first block with a first semi-circular trough formed therein in a first surface thereof and a second block with a second semi-circular trough formed therein in a second surface thereof, the tubular structure being laid within the first trough; and (2) closing the rerounding tool by bringing the first surface into contact with the second surface such that the tubular structure is also received within the second semi-circular trough resulting in rerounding of the tubular structure due to the first semi-circular trough and the second semi-circular trough defining a cylindrical cavity.
Pipe processing tool with pipe deformation members
A pipe processing tool that is configured to deform the end of a pipe so that the circumferential shape of the end of the pipe generally matches the circumferential shape of an adjacent pipe end. Matching the circumferential shapes of the pipe ends is advantageous during a pipe attachment process. The pipe processing tool can include a deformation ring with a plurality of pipe deformation members. Each pipe deformation member faces radially inward and is actuatable in a radial direction toward and away from the center of the deformation ring in order to permit engagement with the pipe. Each pipe deformation member is individually and separately actuatable from the other pipe deformation members so that the circumferential shapes of the pipes can be altered by controlling suitable ones of the pipe deformation members.
Pipe processing tool with pipe deformation members
A pipe processing tool that is configured to deform the end of a pipe so that the circumferential shape of the end of the pipe generally matches the circumferential shape of an adjacent pipe end. Matching the circumferential shapes of the pipe ends is advantageous during a pipe attachment process. Device (1) for calibrating and straightening hollow components, preferably welded pipes (2), the device (1) being substantially composed of a frame (5) having two side stands (6, 7), a lower cross member (8) and an upper cross member (9), a ram (10) being provided, said ram (10) being movable toward the lower cross member (8) and back by means of a pressure-operable cylinder assembly (12) supported on the upper cross member (9), and a calibrating and straightening tool (11a) being provided between the lower cross member (8) and the ram (10), wherein the calibrating and straightening tool (11a) is changeably disposed on the lower cross member (8) and on the ram (10) and can be replaced with a bending tool (11b) for bending the lateral ends (3) of sheets (4) to produce pipes (2).

A system includes a pipe heater configured to heat spoolable pipe to provide a heated spoolable pipe and a pipe re-rounder configured to re-round the heated spoolable pipe to provide a rounded spoolable pipe. The system may also include a controller configured to control the pipe heater and the pipe re-rounder.
