Release device for an industrial machine for the bending of metal elements
A release device developed for an industrial machine for the bending of metal elements via a plurality of sheet-pressing tools arranged on a support frame is disclosed. The device includes a longitudinal member whereupon the sheet-pressing tools are positioned via an inclined interface. A modular coupling interface is included and situated between the wall of the machine and tightening elements, which keeps the tools locked in position. Clamping elements are set out which are suitable for locking the interface against the upper wall of the tools and which are arranged in an alternate manner in relation to a plurality of actuators. The actuators, once actuated, exert a force against the wall that is opposite to that exerted by clamping elements, and therefore allow for the horizontal displacement of the clamping elements, such a displacement making it possible for the interface to move itself vertically in such a way as to allow for the removal of the sheet-pressing tool.

A release device developed for an industrial machine for the bending of metal elements via a plurality of sheet-pressing tools arranged on a support frame is disclosed. The device includes a longitudinal member whereupon the sheet-pressing tools are positioned via an inclined interface. A modular coupling interface is included and situated between the wall of the machine and tightening elements, which keeps the tools locked in position. Clamping elements are set out which are suitable for locking the interface against the upper wall of the tools and which are arranged in an alternate manner in relation to a plurality of actuators. The actuators, once actuated, exert a force against the wall that is opposite to that exerted by clamping elements, and therefore allow for the horizontal displacement of the clamping elements, such a displacement making it possible for the interface to move itself vertically in such a way as to allow for the removal of the sheet-pressing tool.
AN AUXILIARY BENDING TOOL FOR BENDING MACHINES
The present invention relates to an auxiliary bending tool (1) associated to a body (40) provided in CNC bending machines and which provides the work piece to be bent in various shapes and which can operate together with the present bending tools (15). As an improvement, said auxiliary bending tool (1) comprises a tool carrier apparatus (20) having at least one connection protrusion (21) which can be associated onto said body (40), a tool locking unit (10) connected to an assembly surface (22), provided on said tool carrier apparatus (20), through a connection surface (16) and configured to provide locking of at least one tool (15) thereon, and at least one drive group (30) for providing forward-backward movement on an axis X (I) of the tool carrier apparatus (20) whereon said tool locking unit (10) is associated.
AN AUXILIARY BENDING TOOL FOR BENDING MACHINES
The present invention relates to an auxiliary bending tool (1) associated to a body (40) provided in CNC bending machines and which provides the work piece to be bent in various shapes and which can operate together with the present bending tools (15). As an improvement, said auxiliary bending tool (1) comprises a tool carrier apparatus (20) having at least one connection protrusion (21) which can be associated onto said body (40), a tool locking unit (10) connected to an assembly surface (22), provided on said tool carrier apparatus (20), through a connection surface (16) and configured to provide locking of at least one tool (15) thereon, and at least one drive group (30) for providing forward-backward movement on an axis X (I) of the tool carrier apparatus (20) whereon said tool locking unit (10) is associated.
Method and apparatus for producing pressed component
A method or apparatus to produce an L-shaped pressed component includes, where a portion of a blank, having tensile strength of 1180 MPa or more, is held in a state of being clamped by a blank holder and a die, and a portion of the blank, to be formed into a top plate is held in a state of being clamped by a pad and a punch; the second step where a vertical wall, a concave ridge and a flange on the inner side of a curved portion are formed by, bend forming with a bending die, forming one, two or more material inflow promoting portion; and the third step where the die is moved in a direction toward a side where the blank holder is disposed to form a vertical wall, a concave ridge, and a flange on the outer side of the curved portion by draw forming.
Method and apparatus for producing pressed component

Bending press and bending method
A forming operation on a workpiece clamps the workpiece between a first clamping jaw with a first shaping edge, and an adjustable second clamping jaw with a second shaping edge so that a portion projects between the shaping edges and afterwards a bending edge of an adjustable bending bar is guided at a distance past the shaping edges, whereby the portion of the workpiece is angled away in relation to the part of the workpiece that is clamped between the clamping jaws. The bending edge is guided on angling along a straight path of movement of the bending edge, and after the bending edge has passed the shaping edges, the shaping edges are adjusted along an adjustment path which approaches the path of movement of the bending edge.
Bending press and bending method

The second upper clamping jaw has a clamping jaw part at each of the two second upper clamping jaw end sections, the clamping jaw parts being movable from a working to a pull-out position. At least one first upper clamping jaw is arranged on both sides of the second upper clamping jaw. The first upper clamping jaws have a first horn at each of the first end regions of the first upper clamping jaws facing away from the second upper clamping jaw. A method adapts a total length of a bending edge of a clamping jaw set of this production installation.
