METAL MIDDLE FRAME MACHINING PROCESS
The present disclosure relates to a process of machining a metal middle frame, which includes the following steps of: obtaining a sheet material and cutting the sheet material into a linear profile; performing a finish machining to the linear profile; bending the linear profile after the finish machining, obtaining a metal border frame with an R angle; welding the metal border frame; and placing the metal border frame after the welding in a die-casting mold, providing a die-casting metal liquid, thereby obtaining a die-cast middle plate connected to the metal border frame, so as to form the metal middle frame.

Follower bar assembly for a bender
A bender includes a rotatable bending shoe having a plurality of channels therein configured to receive a workpiece and a follower assembly. The follower assembly includes a mount, a follower bar attached to the mount, the follower bar having a plurality of channels therein configured to receive the workpiece, a roller attached to the mount and engaged against the follower bar, the roller having an eccentric shaft extending therefrom, and a motor for rotating the shaft and roller, wherein rotation of the shaft and roller causes the follower bar to translate toward or away from the bending shoe. A drive member can be provided to move the mount toward or away from the bending shoe.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A ROLLED EDGE
The invention relates to a method for producing a rolled edge from a cylindrical edge portion (11) of a pipe. In the method, a starting zone (14) of the edge portion (11) is rolled by a forcibly controlled tool (30). A flanging die (21) then advances into the rolled edge portion (11) and flanges the rolled edge portion into a roll (12). The method according to the invention is characterized in that the starting zone (14) of the edge portion (11) is folded over by the tool (30), which comprises a folding die (37) and counterholder (34), at an angle () in the range from 75-105 from the axial direction (45) into a substantially radially peripheral flange (41). The invention further relates to elements, in particular in the forme of an aerosol dome, having such rolled edges.
