Method of producing a bent part and bending machine for performing the method
A method produces a bent part from an elongate workpiece, in particular from a wire or a tube from round, flat, or profiled material, by a bending machine, the workpiece is fed to a bending unit of the bending machine, wherein the bending unit has a bending head which by a Z-drive is displaceable in a manner parallel with a bending head axis and has a bending tool which by a bending drive is rotatable about a bending axis. A fed portion of the workpiece by operating movements of the bending head is formed to a two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally bent part.
Hydraulic Rope Tube and Pipe Bender
A device used to bend metal tube and pipe past 180 degrees in one stroke of a cylinder with rope or cable. The hydraulic tube and pipe bender comprises a main body having two openings on each end with a hydraulic cylinder in the middle. A swivel device is attached at one end of the cylinder to control the force of each rope or cable and acts as a safety device always keeping one rope or cable attached. A magnet is used to place over a degree indicator to get the exact bend you want in a tube by means of a limit switch that triggers when the magnet trips it. Plates are parallel with each other on top of the main tube to hold the dies. Two leverage wheels are used to hold the ropes or cables to get the designed force to bend the tube or pipe.

METHOD OF BENDING A CONDUIT
A method of bending a conduit is disclosed. An engagement member is displaced via contact with the conduit and engages a switch. A signal is sent to a microprocessor indicative of a characteristic of the conduit to be bent, in response to engagement of the switch. The microprocessor provides a motor control signal to the motor to control a rotation of the shoe, wherein rotation of the shoe bends the conduit.

Tube bending systems
Tube bending systems configured to bend a tube. The tube bending systems include a tube bending device and a lubrication system. The tube bending device includes a bending device frame and a bending die assembly. The tube bending device is configured to bend the tube. The bending die assembly is mounted to the bending device frame and includes a bending die against which the tube is selectively bent. The lubrication system is configured to selectively direct a lubrication fluid to the tube proximate the bending die assembly.
Aligning cap for conduits
An aligning device that can be mounted to a conduit for rotating the conduit in successive angular intervals. The aligning device having a bracket that can be secured to the conduit. The bracket having four bubble levels at its periphery equally spaced from each other. Each bubble level can be horizontally leveled.

Circuit for conduit bender
A conduit bender having a unitary frame is mounted to a wheeled base which provides for transportation of the bender. A braking assembly provides for simplified locking of the wheels to secure the bender in a location. The bender is mounted to the base through a pivoting assembly which allows for bending of conduit in either a horizontal or vertical plane. A circuit is provided for controlling the bending operation. An auto-sensing portion of the circuit receives information regarding the characteristics of the conduit to be bent upon placement of the conduit in the bender. A feedback portion of the circuit is used to provide a precise bending operation.
