Modular auditorium and method for assembling a modular auditorium
A method for assembling a modular auditorium and modular auditorium. The method includes providing a plurality of nominal inventory portions. Each nominal inventory portions includes a prefabricated base portion, and a prefabricated tier section for assembly to the base portion. The prefabricated base portion is positioned on a ground surface of a public performance space. The prefabricated tier section is fastened to the prefabricated base portion to form a self supporting modular auditorium structure that does not require lateral support from a building structure other than the ground surface.
FUNCTIONAL ERGONOMIC CINEMAS
A movie theater auditorium is disclosed with reclining or reclined seats, whereby patrons are viewing a screen that is elevated and tilted toward the viewing audience. Comparative to traditional movie theaters with vertical screens with fixed or reclining chairs, exemplary embodiments provide a more natural viewing angle and line of sight for the viewing audience. Some embodiments are disclosed which employ repurposed shipping containers as structural elements of a cinema.

SEAT DEVICE
A seat device that can reliably regulates a reclining operation when in a long state where a back of a seat is along a wall. The seat device (10) that can convert the state of the seat (1) includes a reclining mechanism (50) that can tilt a backrest (3) of the seat (1), wherein an operation of tilting the backrest (3) by the reclining mechanism (50) is disabled when the seat (1) is in the long state.
Athletic chair with adjustable heating and height
A seating assembly for athletes includes seats having a back and seat portion, a base, an adjustable element, a user interface device, and a controller. The back portion includes a back heating member that provides heat to a user's torso. The seat portion includes a lower limb heating member that provides heat to the user's lower limbs. The base supports each seat. The adjustable element is coupled to the base and one of the seats and adjusts height of the seat. The user interface device receives an input regarding a desired temperature of the back heating member and the lower limb heating member. The controller receives the input and adjusts an operation of the back heating member and the lower limb heating member to achieve the desired temperature. The user interface device receives a second input to adjust the a height of the seat relative to the floor surface.
SPEAKER APPARATUS AND CHAIR
A speaker apparatus includes a pair of left and right speaker blocks that respectively have acoustic output sections and that are arranged inside a backrest. The pair of speaker blocks are arranged horizontally side by side relative to a headrest located on a front surface side of the backrest, and at least part of the headrest is located within a range of a nominal directivity angle of acoustics output from the acoustic output sections. This ensures that, of the acoustics output from the acoustic output section of the speaker block on the left side, at least some acoustics that head for the right ear are blocked by the headrest and that, of the acoustics output from the acoustic output section of the speaker block on the right side, at least some acoustics that head for the left ear are blocked by the headrest.

Disposable & Recyclable Protective Seat Covering
This invention relates to disposable and recyclable protective coverings for the top portion of a seat, such as those found in cinemas, theaters, and airplanes. The Disposable and Recyclable Protective Seat Covering consists of a belt, which fits to most seats, and a strap that runs overtop the seat and fastens on the back of the belt. The belt contains a raised head guard for user protection and comfort, and a pocket for storing small valuables. Also, an optional drape hangs from the belt and covers the front of the seat.
Methods and systems for arranging seats for audience members and musicians
Methods and systems for arranging audience members and musicians are described herein. An assembly of seats for an event location includes a plurality of musician seats and a plurality of audience seats. Each audience seat of the plurality of audience seats can be disposed in a particularly designated location on an event location surface relative to the plurality of musician seats such that each audience seat of the plurality of audience seats has an audience immersion score that is above a threshold minimal acceptable audience immersion score (MAAIS). The audience immersion score includes a musician adjacency component, a conductor position depth offset component, and a conductor position lateral offset component.
