METHOD FOR PRODUCING AT LEAST ONE COMPONENT ELEMENT FOR A FURNITURE FITTING
20240149319 · 2024-05-09 ·

A method for producing a component element for a furniture fitting, in particular a rail, includes the following steps to be carried out in chronological order: providing a planar sheet having a longitudinal extension, two top surfaces and two side surfaces spaced apart by a width of the sheet, as a semifinished product of the component element. The sheet has a wall thickness in the range of 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm, and is formed, preferably by an embossing stamp and/or an embossing roller, on at least one top surface with an indentation. The indentation is arranged transversely, preferably substantially orthogonally, to the longitudinal extension. The sheet is bent such that, in a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal extension, a profile of the component element arises, and the bent sheet is mechanically separated in the region of the indentation.

A machine tool of the present invention includes: a visual sensor that takes an image of unworked workpiece; an unworked workpiece shape information storing unit that stores unworked workpiece shape information obtained by the visual sensor; a worked workpiece shape information storing unit in which worked workpiece shape information is stored; a burr information calculating unit that recognizes a burr by comparing the unworked workpiece shape information with the worked workpiece shape information; a burr determining unit that determines the burr based on conditions including at least one of the location and the direction of the burr in the workpiece; a working method judging unit that decides whether or not to perform burring with a tool of the machine tool based on the determination result concerning the burr; and a working path generating unit that generates a working path for removing the burr judged to be a burr on which burring is to be performed with the tool.

Punching processing method, method of manufacturing press-formed product, and press-formed product

The punching processing method of the present invention is a punching processing method in which a metallic sheet material 1a is sequentially subjected to multiple punching processing steps by a punch and a die, comprising, in first step punching processing, forming a first step punched surface 2 on the sheet material 1a, and then in second step punching processing, forming a second step punched surface 3 on the sheet material 1a by punching the sheet material 1a such that the second step punched surface 3 and the first step punched surface 2 are crossed with each other, thereby forming matching portions 5 at positions where the first step punched surface 2 and the second step punched surface 3 intersect, wherein after the first step punching processing and before the second step punching process, the method further comprises subjecting the sheet material 1a to swaging processing that sandwiches and crushes matching portion forming portions 5a of the sheet material 1a, which will form the matching portions 5, from a top surface TS side and a back surface BS side of the sheet material 1a.
