Versatile, Portable Foldable Chair
A portable, folding chair. Two front leg supports are pivotally connected to a seat frame and extend downward from the seat frame. Two rear leg supports are also pivotally connected to the seat frame. A majority of the length of each rear leg support is positioned above the seat frame. Two individually adjustable front legs extend downward from the front leg supports and two individually adjustable rear legs extend downward from the rear leg support. A front foldable leg brace is connected between the two front leg supports and a rear foldable leg brace is connected between the two rear leg supports. In preferred embodiments, the chair may be utilized in a variety of seating arrangements, such as: bleacher seating, concrete stadium seating, slope seating, flat surface seating and uneven surface seating.
BENCH TOP FOR BENCH SEATS
A bench top for a bench seat includes mounting elements for coupling to sides of bench seat members and a seat unit. The seat unit includes: a seating top; front and back members extending generally away from the seating top; ribs extending inwardly from the front and back members that, together with a front lip and a back lip, provide front and back pockets for receiving respective mounting elements therein; and joining elements at opposing sides of the seat unit for cooperating with joining elements of adjacent units. The seat unit is resilient to move the front and back lips away from each other for installation over the mounting elements and to return to a less flexed state as the front and back lips move toward each other when the mounting elements are received in the front and back pockets.
Stadium Chair
A stadium chair has a seat frame and a backrest frame pivotally coupled to the seat frame for rotation about an axis parallel to a rear portion of the seat frame. The backrest frame is capable of forward rotation about the axis toward the seat frame and rearward rotation about the axis away from the seat frame. A biasing element coupled to either the seat frame or the backrest frame causes forward biasing of the backrest frame toward a neutral position relative to the seat frame. The biasing element allows for limited rearward rotation of the backrest frame from the neutral position and allows for forward rotation of the backrest frame from the neutral position. The chair preferably is configured to receive optional rotatable armrests that may be installed or removed without the use of tools.

MODIFIABLE SEAT
An adjustable height, covered, foldable, configurable modifiable seat witha seat frame (comprising a bottom frame, a back frame, and an upper frame) and at least one frame opening defined by the contours of at least a portion of the seat frame. A bleacher hook is disposed on the seat frame. Lower hinges connect the bottom frame to the back frame and upper hinges connect the back frame to the upper frame. The lower and upper hinges can be locked to provide the frame with stability. A first support member is connected to the lower hinges and a second support member is connected to the upper hinges. A fabric is disposed over at least a portion of said seat frame and at least one frame opening. The modifiable seat is used by a user in a first, second, third, or fourth configuration.

Combination Bat Warmer/Seat Cushion
A bat warmer seat cushion device that includes a first side and a second side and includes at least one elongated cylindrical sleeve member disposed within the bag, the sleeve member sized and shaped for receiving a bat, The sleeve member includes an open end that is generally aligned with an open end of the first side. A soft sleeve is disposed within each sleeve member, the soft sleeve having an open end aligned with the first side's open end. Insulating material is disposed around the sleeve member that provides thermal protection for the encased bats. The entire bag includes an outer layer and insulating padding sandwiched between the outer layer and the components of the present invention. The bag with the outer layer and insulating padding can serve as a seat cushion which allows a spectator to view an event more comfortably.
