Panel flattening assembly and display module including the same

A panel flattening assembly includes a first fixing assembly and a second fixing assembly respectively disposed at a first corner and a second corner adjacent to the first corner in a first direction on a rear surface of a display panel; a first supporting member disposed between the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly and spaced apart from the display panel; a first displacement adjusting member connected to the first fixing assembly and adjusting a distance between the first fixing assembly and a first end of the first supporting member by adjusting a displacement of the first fixing assembly; and a second displacement adjusting member connected to the second fixing assembly and adjusting a distance between the second fixing assembly and a second end of the first supporting member by adjusting a displacement of the second fixing assembly.

ADAPTER, STRETCHER-LEVELLER AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A STRETCHER-LEVELLER

In order to widen the field of application of a stretcher-leveler having a minimum nominal width, at least one gripping head of the stretcher-leveler is connected to an adapter having clamping elements for clamping a plate to be stretched, the adapter having a nominal width that is smaller than the minimum nominal width of the stretcher-leveler, and a plate being stretched is connected to the gripping head via the adapter clamping elements and the adapter, before starting the stretching process.

A stretcher has two head housings, and a removable pressure block/clamp assembly which is located in the housings and positioned via hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders raise the pressure block assembly, and the gripper hydraulic cylinders lower the pressure block assembly onto a removal fixture which moves into and out of the head housing.

Tensioning Device for a Sheet of Material

A tensioning device for a sheet of material that includes a first ring with protrusions, a second ring, and a shaft. The first ring and the second ring are positioned such that the sheet of material can be clamped between the first ring and the second ring. The shaft has an outer diameter, the outer diameter includes a spiral race such that the protrusions of the first ring follow the spiral race, allowing the first ring and the second ring to displace linearly causing the sheet of material to be stretched. The spiral race includes a plurality of notches that correspond to the protrusions.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING PRESSED COMPONENT

To produce an L-shaped pressed component without causing occurrence of wrinkles or cracks through first to third steps: the first step where a portion of a blank 8, having tensile strength of 1180 MPa or more, to be formed into a portion disposed outward of a curved portion is held in a state of being clamped by a blank holder 73 and a die 71, and a portion of the blank 8 to be formed into a top plate 11 is held in a state of being clamped by a pad 74 and a punch 72; the second step where a vertical wall 14, a concave ridge 17 and a flange 15 on the inner side of a curved portion 1a are formed by bend forming with a bending die 75, thus forming one, two or more material inflow promoting portion, which increases an inflow amount of the blank 8 flowing into a portion to be formed into the flange 15 on the inner side of the curved portion 1a, in the vicinity of a portion of the blank 8 to be formed into the flange 15 on the inner side of the curved portion 1a of the pressed component 1; and the third step where the die 71 is moved in a direction toward a side where the blank holder 73 is disposed so as to form a vertical wall 12, a concave ridge 16, and a flange 13 on the outer side of the curved portion 1a by draw forming.
