Forging and inclined window hole punching composite die
A forging and inclined window hole punching composite die includes an upper die holder, a connection sleeve, an upper die sliding sleeve, a pressure plate, inclined window puncher pins, a center puncher pin, first connection screw rods, first springs, second connection screw rods, second springs, hydraulic assistant systems, a lower die and a bottom plate. Bottom surface of the pressure plate of the composite die is a plane to avoid deformation of a front molding surface. Hydraulic power is added to the inclined window puncher pins to increase the pressure for punching inclined holes, avoid quality problems and increase a demolding force. A multi-split synchronous hydraulic device may well realize synchronization of the plurality of inclined window puncher pins.
Method for operating a fine blanking system
A method for operating a fine blanking system comprises at least one fine blanking press having a first press unit, a second press unit, and one or more sensors. The method comprises obtaining parameter data from the one or more sensors for at least one of the first press unit, the second press unit, and another component of the fine blanking system during a first fine blanking process step. Adjustments are determined for control parameters of at least one of the first press unit, the second press unit, and the other component based on the parameter data. The adjustments are applied to the control parameters in a second fine blanking process step subsequent to the first fine blanking process step.
Press punching machine and respective method of punching apertures in elongated nonferric enclosed polygonally profiled workpieces
A press punching machine and respective method of punching apertures in elongated non-ferric enclosed polygonally profiled workpieces are described. The press punching machine includes a base plate; a mounting framework; a driving mechanism; a male die; a pedestal; a polygonal female die matrix including: a polygonal cross-section; at least one counter-opening; at least one driven magnet; at least one indicatory magnet; at least one driving magnet configured to interact with the at least one driven magnet and a magnetic element configured to interact with the indicatory magnet embedded into the polygonal female punch die matrix.
Fine blanking system and method of operating
A fine blanking system comprises one or more movable parts, further comprises at least one first drive of a first drive type and at least one second drive of a second drive type different from the first drive type for driving at least one of the movable parts, wherein the first drive and the second drive are arranged to drive the same movable part.
WORKPIECE PROCESSING APPARATUS
A workpiece processing apparatus comprises a base member formed with a hydraulic chamber fillable with liquid, a punch and a piston. The hydraulic chamber has a workpiece processing chamber and a hydraulic-pressure generation chamber. The punch is movable between an initial position which is apart from the workpiece processing chamber and a received position at which the punch is partially received in the workpiece processing chamber. When the punch is moved from the initial position to the received position, the punch presses the workpiece into the workpiece processing chamber. The piston is partially received in the hydraulic-pressure generation chamber and receives a pressing force directed into the hydraulic-pressure generation chamber in a course of movement of the punch from the initial position to the received position, and the piston is moved in accordance with the pressing force and increases hydraulic pressure of the liquid.
Press device
A press device includes a press device main body and a main breaker to supply or stop power from an external power supply to the press device main body. The press device main body includes a slide, a bolster disposed below the slide, a servomotor configured to drive the slide, a power storage unit able to supply stored power to the servomotor, a discharge unit configured to discharge a charge stored in the power storage unit, and a first contactor. An upper die can be mounted on the slide. A lower die can be disposed on the bolster. The first contactor interrupts an electrical connection between the power storage unit and the discharge unit in an energized state and electrically connects the power storage unit and the discharge unit in a non-energized state. The first contactor is supplied with power for energization from the external power source without passing through the main breaker.
SHEET METAL WORKING MACHINE
A sheet metal working machine includes a hydraulic drive system to drive a plurality of working tools in a separate and independent manner. The hydraulic drive system includes a plurality of hydraulic cylinders provided with pistons defining thrust chambers and return chambers and associated with corresponding working tools, a reversible first pump connected to the thrust chambers and arranged to send fluid to, or to suck fluid from, at least one of the thrust chambers so as to move the respective piston and the working tool associated therewith, a plurality of valves interposed between the first pump and the thrust chambers of the respective hydraulic cylinders and activable to connect the first pump to the thrust chambers; a hydraulic accumulator connected to the return chambers and arranged for maintaining fluid at a defined preload pressure therein.
Hydraulic hand-held knockout punch driver
A hand-held knockout driver includes a main housing having a handle portion, a motor positioned within the main housing, a pump assembly driven by the motor, and a secondary housing coupled to the main housing and defining a bore therein. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a working piston moveable within the bore from a rest position to an actuated position to define a piston throw distance therebetween. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a draw stud coupled to the working piston, a die coupled to the secondary housing, and a punch coupled to the draw stud opposite the working piston for movement therewith relative to the die. The die has a depth greater than the piston throw distance.
METHODS OF, AND APPARATUSES FOR, METAL FORMING
A method for material forming, by means of a movable impact head and tool combination and a drive unit includes moving the drive unit to provide kinetic energy to the impact head and tool combination, for the impact head and tool combination to strike a work material, so as to form the work material. A return movement of the movable impact head and tool combination, away from the work material, after the strike of the work material by the impact head and tool combination, is dampened.
