A metal laminate includes a lamination of a first metal plate and a second metal plate. The first metal plate includes a caulking that exhibits a mountain shape protruding from a back surface side and recessed on a front surface side, and the second metal plate includes an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the caulking such that the caulking is fitted to the accommodating portion. The caulking includes a recessed portion provided on an inner concave surface of the caulking and recessed toward the back surface side of the first metal plate, and an abutting portion provided on an outer convex surface of the caulking and abutted against an inner surface of the accommodating portion at a position corresponding to the recessed portion. The abutting portion expands laterally from the outer convex surface toward the inner surface of the accommodating portion.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESSED COMPONENT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BLANK MATERIAL, AND STEEL SHEET

A technology capable of suppressing end cracking due to a delayed fracture without restrictions on the target pressed component shape. When it is estimated that the end cracking due to the delayed fracture in an end of a material to be pressed is concerned, double cutting processing including performing cutting processing of the end containing at least a place where the end cracking is concerned twice is provided as preprocessing for the press forming causing the concern about the end cracking. The double cutting processing includes performing, in first cutting, cutting to form a partial beam-shaped projection portion at a position containing the place where the end cracking is concerned, and cutting the projection portion in second cutting.

A device and a method for manufacturing a laminated iron core are provided for including: a first supply unit of supplying a first adhesive to a first part of a predetermined region, the predetermined region corresponding to a punched member of a strip-shaped metal sheet intermittently fed in one predetermined direction; a second supply unit arranged at a downstream side in a conveyance direction of the metal sheet with respect to the first supply unit, and of supplying a second adhesive to a second part different from the first part of the predetermined region; and a punching unit of punching the predetermined region of the metal sheet to which the first supply unit and the second supply unit supply the first adhesive and the second adhesive, so as to form the punched member having the first adhesive and the second adhesive applied on the first part and the second part.

Press mold

A press mold for forming a panel, may include an upper die for vertically operating by an upper press, and having a mounting recess recessed upward at a lower surface central portion, a lower die disposed under the upper die, and configured to the vertically operate by a lower press, an upper pad disposed in a center portion of the mounting recess, and formed with an upper forming surface at a lower surface edge portion, a lower steel disposed under the upper pad, mounted on the lower die, and formed with a lower forming surface at an upper surface edge portion of the lower steel corresponding to the upper forming surface, and an upper steel mounted on the upper die at a position exterior to the lower forming surface.

Apparatus and method for detecting failure in a mechanical press

A semiconductor device is located between a first die-set part and a second die-set part of a press, and the first and second die-set parts are moved relative to each other for punching and shaping the semiconductor device therebetween. At least one parameter is monitored with at least one sensor attached to the first die-set part and/or the second die-set part at different positions of the first die-set part when it is moving relative to the second die-set part. Variations of the at least one parameter at different relative positions of the first and second die-set parts are compared, and a failure is determined to have occurred when the present variation of the parameter is different from its expected variation during normal operation of the press when there is no failure.

PUNCH PROCESSING METHOD FOR LAMINATED IRON CORE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED IRON CORE

A punch processing method for a laminated iron core includes sequentially feeding the steel sheets to a mold; and performing a plurality of processes in the mold, the plurality of processes includes fixing the steel sheets being stacked to each other at a first fixing part that is positioned outside a closed curved line corresponding to an outermost periphery of the laminated iron core and a second fixing part that is positioned in a portion that finally serves as the laminated iron core; and performing punch processing on the outermost periphery of the laminated iron core while the steel sheets are stacked.

TOOL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN AUTOMOTIVE BODY PANEL
