Method for manufacturing workpiece and method for manufacturing laminated core
This disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a workpiece for a segmented laminated core. This method includes (A) feeding a plate for processing drawn from a roll thereof to a progressive die and (B) stamping out a workpiece in the progressive die, the workpiece including a plurality of pieces aligned in the circumferential direction with a circumferential part. At the step (B), an overall portion configured to be each piece of the workpiece is displaced in the thickness direction of the plate for processing, with portions on both sides of the piece being fixed, to form at least one cutting line across a region configured to be the circumferential part.
Method and device for achieving long collar lengths
Quality collars with long collar lengths, homogeneous wall thickness distributions, and high loadability even in high-strength materials such as steel can be achieved on workpieces according to the disclosed methods and devices. One example method involves drawing the workpiece such that the drawn workpiece has a flange region and a drawn region adjoining the flange region, wherein the drawn region has a wall region and a drawn base adjoining the wall region, with the wall region forming a part of the collar; punching the drawn base located in the drawn region of the workpiece such that a drawn-base subregion adjoins the wall region; expanding the drawn-base subregion such that the expanded drawn-base subregion forms a part of the collar; and at least partially ironing and/or expanding the collar.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A DENSELY PERFORATED TIPSHELL FROM FLAT GEOMETRY
A manufacturing method includes providing a flat sheet perforated with holes, which have respective initial shapes and respective axes of symmetry. The axes of symmetry of the holes point toward a common origin within the flat sheet. The perforated flat sheet is deep-drawn into a cylindrical shell using a punch centered about the common origin, including deforming the holes from the initial shapes into respective predefined final shapes having different aspect ratios relative to the initial shapes.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOT PRESSED PRODUCT
A method for manufacturing a hot pressed product by heating a sheet material and quenching the sheet material while molding the sheet material includes a hole forming step of forming a pilot hole in the sheet material; a heating step of heating the sheet material in which the pilot hole is formed; and a molding step of forming a burred portion at the pilot hole by using a burring punch included in a die set while molding the sheet material in the die set. The pilot hole has an opening shape in which convex portions and concave portions are alternately arranged. A diameter of a circumscribed circle that is in contact with the convex portions is greater than a punch diameter of the burring punch. A diameter of an inscribed circle that is in contact with the concave portions is less than the punch diameter of the burring punch.
FRAME SYSTEMS FOR BUILDING STRUCTURES
A frame system for a building structure includes beam members. Each beam member includes two opposed, parallel flanges. A web is interposed between the flanges. Spreader members include two opposed, parallel side flanges, a web interposed between the side flanges and two opposed end flanges bridging the side flanges at respective terminal ends of the web. The beam members and the spreader members are configured to be fastened to each other to form a frame assembly.
SYSTEMS FOR ENHANCING FUNCTIONALITY OF INDUSTRIAL PUNCH PRESSES
Complementary systems are provided for use with industrial punch presses which enhance the functionality of the presses relative to the machining of workpieces. The systems can be adapted to function with certain already-existing structure and operations of the presses, to maximize overall effectiveness and efficiency in using the systems with the presses. Alternately, or in combination, the systems can be linked to one or more functionalities of the punch presses, whereby these functionalities can be used in manipulating the systems when used with the presses.
Press molding method
A press molding method of this disclosure includes: disposing a plurality of inner peripheral molding dies inside an outer shape cutting molding die having an annular cross section, the outer shape cutting molding die being configured to press-mold an identical outer shape member from a base material formed of a metal plate, the identical outer shape member having an outer shape identical to a final-shaped member, the inner peripheral molding dies being configured to press-mold all through-holes and all unevenness disposed on the final-shaped member to the base material or the identical outer shape member; and shifting all timings of press moldings to the base material and the identical outer shape member with the outer shape cutting molding die and the plurality of inner peripheral molding dies to one another.
Backplate, support frame for backlight unit, backlight unit and display device
The present invention relates to the display technology field, and provides a backplate, a plastic-iron integrated structure, a backlight unit, and a display device. The backplate is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole has an inner wall and an outer wall which form a projection structure on the backplate. When the backplate is bonded with a plastic frame to form the plastic-iron integrated structure, the plastic frame not only contacts the inner wall of the first through hole, but also contacts the surface of the projection structure, thus increasing the contact area between the plastic frame and the backplate, and increasing the bonding force between the plastic frame and the backplate. Even when the plastic frame shrinks in case of fluctuations in temperature and/or humidity, the plastic frame is not easily separated from the backplate, and the stability of the formed plastic-iron integrated structure is improved.
Composite member and composite-member manufacturing method
A composite member includes a metal sheet having a bent portion formed by bending, and a resin member joined to at least a part of the bent portion. The metal sheet includes an opening provided on an inner side of the bent portion, and a tapered recess that tapers off from an outer side of the bent portion toward the opening. The resin member includes an inner resin part filled in the recess, and an exposed resin part provided to be continuous with the inner resin part and to extend to an inner surface of the bent portion through an edge portion of the opening.
System, method and apparatus for tolerance ring with functional layers
A tolerance ring with functional layers has an annular band and an elastomeric layer. The assembly also may have a low friction layer, which may be bonded, calendared or laminated thereto. The low friction material may completely encapsulate the annular band.
