STAMPING PRESS ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a stamping press arrangement comprising a plurality of first stamping press units arranged adjacent to one another, which have working directions extending parallel in relation to each other in a common plane, and comprising a second stamping press unit, the working direction of which extends perpendicularly in relation to the working directions of the first stamping press units, such that material processed in said stamping press unit can be guided in the direct extension of the working direction thereof into the working regions of the first stamping press units. The stamping press units each have a crankshaft portion or eccentric shaft portion, by means of which the travel movement of the press ram is effected via a connecting rod. The crankshaft portion or eccentric shaft portion of the first stamping press units are driven forcibly together via a common drive unit with the same speed and comprise a common axis of rotation. The crankshaft portion or eccentric shaft portion of the stamping press unit is coupled to the crankshaft portion or eccentric shaft portion of the first stamping press units so as to forcibly rotate therewith in a synchronous manner. The invention allows high-precision and high-speed stamping press arrangements to be provided for economically mass-producing multi-part stamping and shaped and punched products which have low tolerances, such as container ends with press-in or pull tabs for opening without tools, in a cost-effective manner.
BENDING AND MOLDING PRODUCTION LINE
The present invention discloses a bending and molding production line, comprising an unwinding mechanism, a feeding and straightening device, a cutting-off mechanism, a bending and molding device and a material loading mechanism, wherein the bending and molding device comprises a base, the base is provided with two transverse sliding bases, the base is provided with a transverse driving device driving the transverse sliding bases, the base is provided with a central clamping device between the two transverse sliding bases, the transverse sliding bases are provided with a longitudinal sliding base in a sliding manner and are provided with a longitudinal driving device driving the longitudinal sliding base to slide, the longitudinal sliding base is provided with a bending and molding device, one side, close to the central clamping device, of the transverse sliding base at the left side is provided with a left clamping device capable of movably extending to clamp the tubular product, and one side, close to the central clamping device, of the transverse sliding base at the right side is provided with a right clamping device capable of movably extending to clamp the tubular product. The production line can bend two sides of a tubular product or a wire stock by different bending angles and different bending radii, and the working efficiency is high.
Method and system for manufacturing hybrid component
The present disclosure relates to a system for manufacturing a hybrid component including a first thermal supplier configured to heat a steel plate, a rolling roll for undercut configured to pressurize the steel plate heated by the first thermal supplier, and to form an undercut on one surface of the steel plate, a first molding roll configured to pressurize the steel plate formed with the undercut to mold the steel plate in a shape of a component to be manufactured, a composite material feeder configured to supply a composite material tape to be seated on one surface of the steel plate formed with the undercut through the first molding roll, and a composite material pressurization roll configured to pressurize the steel plate on which the composite material tape is seated.
Cylindrical Battery Case Having Reduced Surface Roughness
A cylindrical battery case for a secondary battery includes a body having a steel sheet including a nickel coating layer formed thereon, a step portion on the body, and a taper and a flange extending from the body. A surface roughness (Ra) of the battery case ranges from 0.022 m to 0.040 m. Also provided is a device including such a secondary battery. The device is selected from a group consisting of an electronic device, an electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle, and a power storage system.
Frame for a wall panel, wall panel, and method of manufacture
The present disclosure relates generally to siding, for example, suitable for covering a wall surface. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a frame for a wall panel. The frame includes a support strip extending in a lateral direction across the width of the wall panel and has first and second ends. The frame also includes a row of columns extending in a first direction from the support strip. Each column includes a proximal end attached to the support strip and a free distal end. The row of columns includes a first column disposed at a first end of the row of columns and laterally offset from the first end of the support strip, and a second column disposed at a second end of the row of columns and laterally offset from the second end of the support strip.
Fire seal for an aircraft
A seal including an acute bend having a first end portion and a second end portion, a first engagement extension extending from the first end portion of the acute bend, and a second engagement extension extending from the second end portion of the acute bend, wherein the second engagement extension is at an acute angle relative to the first engagement extension to define a partially enclosed volume between the first engagement extension and the second engagement extension.
Draw forming method
A draw bead is formed in a plate-shaped material in which a drawn portion is formed, outside the drawn portion, the draw bead being used to adjust an inflow of the plate-shaped material into a drawing die. The drawn portion is drawn in the plate-shaped material by using the draw bead as formed. The draw bead is crushed and flattened after the drawn portion is drawn.
BACKPLATE, PLASTIC-IRON INTEGRATED STRUCTURE, BACKLIGHT UNIT AND DISPLAY DEVICE
The present invention relates to the display technology field, and provides a backplate, a plastic-iron integrated structure, a backlight unit, and a display device. The backplate is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole has an inner wall and an outer wall which form a projection structure on the backplate. When the backplate is bonded with a plastic frame to form the plastic-iron integrated structure, the plastic frame not only contacts the inner wall of the first through hole, but also contacts the surface of the projection structure, thus increasing the contact area between the plastic frame and the backplate, and increasing the bonding force between the plastic frame and the backplate. Even when the plastic frame shrinks in case of fluctuations in temperature and/or humidity, the plastic frame is not easily separated from the backplate, and the stability of the formed plastic-iron integrated structure is improved.
Integrated system for producing articles from sheet material
A system for producing parts from a strip of sheet material wound in a coil may have a plurality of stations, including a preliminary station for holding the coil, a first leveling station for receiving the unwound portion of the strip from the preliminary station to manipulate the strip in a manner to reduce an initial curvature of the strip, a cleaning station for cleaning at least a region of one of the strip, and a cutting station positioned along the material path and configured to cut the strip of sheet material, the cutting station being configured to cut the strip of sheet material to form the parts.
