A fitness device is provided, the fitness device comprising: an elastomeric member having an interior cavity, the elastomeric member comprising a cylindrical portion extending between a first hemispherical endcap and a second hemispherical endcap, wherein a surface of the elastomeric member defines an aperture positioned between the interior cavity and an exterior of the elastomeric member; and a structured surface positioned on the surface of the elastomeric member over the aperture, the structured surface extending into the interior cavity of the elastomeric member.

A chair includes a seat, a backrest, and an elastic link. The seat supports a user's buttocks, wherein the backrest supports the user's back, the elastic link elastically connects a side portion of the seat to a side portion of the backrest, the seat includes a seat free end formed at a rear portion thereof without being connected to the backrest and the backrest includes a backrest free end formed at a lower portion thereof without being connected to the seat.

The integrated hollow support members may be formed in a gas assist injection molding process conducted in association with an injection molding process to form the molded chair shell.

A functional chair is disclosed. The second plate may have an acupressure portion that adheres to the waist when the user is seated on the functional chair.
