Foldable cushion functioning as chair
A foldable cushion includes a cushion mechanism and a connecting mechanism. The cushion mechanism includes a seat unit and a back unit. The seat unit and the back unit are juxtaposed and movable relative to each other along a transverse folding line. The connecting mechanism includes a first endless cord and a second endless cord. The first endless cord and the second endless cord respectively extend through the transverse folding line and are flexibly arranged on the seat unit and the back unit. When the seat unit and the back unit are moved relative to the transverse folding line, the first endless cord and the second endless cord are stretched, so that the seat unit and the back unit are positioned at an expanded state by the elastic force of the first endless cord and the second endless cord.

Modular chair assembly
A modular chair assembly includes a seat member and at least three support leg units. The seat unit includes a seat member which has a lower surface and an upper surface opposite to the lower surface. Each of the three support leg units is detachably mounted to the lower surface of the seat member, and includes an inner axle and a hollow tube sleeved on the inner axle. The inner axle and the hollow tube are made of different materials to permit the inner axle to have a larger anti-bending strength than the hollow tube. The inner axle includes a bottom end surface for being supported on the ground.
Chair with a seat and a support frame for supporting the seat
A chair has a seat with a seat shell. A frame for supporting the seat has, on its side facing the seat, a mounting strut running parallel to the plane of the seat shell. An underside of the seat shell if formed with a receiving profile for the mounting strut. The receiving profile has a fastening section extending from a circumferential edge of the seat shell parallel to a plane of the seat shell into the interior of the seat shell and having an access opening at the circumferential edge of the seat shell. A clamping strip is provided for clamping the mounting strut in the fastening section. The clamping strip is slid from the access opening in a direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of the fastening section and is fixed in its end position in the fastening section perpendicular to the plane of the seat shell.
Compliant seating structure
A body support structure includes a pair of laterally extending load bearing support segments each having an outer portion coupled to a support structure and an inner portion. Each of the load bearing support segments extends laterally inwardly from the outer portion, and the inner portions are laterally spaced apart so as to define a gap therebetween. A body support member is spaced forwardly from the pair of load bearing support segments. A plurality of links connect the load bearing support segments to the body support member.

Reclining chair
A reclining chair having a seat, backrest and armrest is provided. The armrest has a first portion associated with the seat and a second portion associated with the backrest. The first and second armrest portions are slidable relative to each other between a first position associated with a raised backrest and a second position associated with a reclined configuration. The armrest also has a locking mechanism of the sliding between the first and second armrest portions, and the locking mechanism has first and second locking seats and a locking element configured to couple alternatively to the first-or to the second locking seat. A coupling of the locking element to the first locking seat is associated with the first position and a coupling of the locking element to the second locking seat is associated with the second position.

CHAIR WITH A TILTING BACKREST
A chair includes a base structure, a seat carried by the base structure, and a backrest movable relative to the seat between a rest position and a rearward inclined position, wherein the backrest has a connecting portion having a front surface and a rear surface, and wherein the seat has first and second guide surfaces which guide, respectively, the front surface and the rear surface of the connecting portion of the backrest.
