Lifting system for elongated objects
The invention relates to a lifting system for lifting elongated objects, comprising a sensor device arranged to identify position and location of an elongated object, a lifting and rotating device, and a control unit for controlling the movement of the lifting and rotating device in response to signals from the sensor device which indicate the position and location of the object. In order to lift elongated objects regardless of object's material, profile or position, the lifting and rotating device is provided with an elongated gripping device including a first gripping arm, and the control unit is configured to control the lifting and rotating device to insert a part of the first gripping arm into the object from one end of the object in order to lift and rotate the object with the inserted part.
Pipe end clamping apparatus
A pipe end clamping apparatus includes a first pneumatic cylinder, a second pneumatic cylinder and a clamping component. The first pneumatic cylinder includes a first piston in the first cylinder body, first and second air chambers corresponding to the first and second air inlets respectively, and a first plunger rod installed to the first piston. The second pneumatic cylinder includes a second piston in the second cylinder body, third and fourth air chambers corresponding to the third and fourth air inlets respectively, and, a second plunger rod installed to the second piston. The clamping component has a clamping seat and a clamping component in the housing and pumps air into different air inlets of the first or second pneumatic cylinder to control the first or second piston to displace in the first and second cylinder bodies, so as to control clamping the clamping component or loosening the pipe.
MACHINE AND METHOD TO WORK METAL PRODUCTS
Machine to work oblong metal products, including a drawing apparatus to feed at least one of said metal products in a direction of feed and a work apparatus aligned in said direction of feed. The drawing apparatus includes a first drawing unit and a second drawing unit opposite each other with respect to said direction of feed. The first drawing unit and the second drawing unit define between them, in said direction of feed, a drawing channel for the at least one metal product. The drawing channel has a lying plane, defined by a plurality of anchoring inserts, for the at least one metal product, a supply apparatus being possibly present upstream of said drawing apparatus.
FEEDING DEVICE AND BATTERY PRODUCTION APPARATUS
A feeding device may include a first linear driving structure, a second linear driving structure, a delivery structure, and an adjusting structure, where the first linear driving structure may include a first output end configured to reciprocate in a first direction; the second linear driving structure may include a second output end configured to reciprocate in a second direction; one end of the delivery structure may be rotatably connected to the first output end around a first axis, the first axis being perpendicular to the first direction; and the adjusting structure may be configured to connect the other end of the delivery structure to the second output end, such that the delivery structure can be driven by the second output end to rotate around the first axis.
PIPE END CLAMPING APPARATUS
A pipe end clamping apparatus includes a first pneumatic cylinder, a second pneumatic cylinder and a clamping component. The first pneumatic cylinder includes a first piston in the first cylinder body, first and second air chambers corresponding to the first and second air inlets respectively, and a first plunger rod installed to the first piston. The second pneumatic cylinder includes a second piston in the second cylinder body, third and fourth air chambers corresponding to the third and fourth air inlets respectively, and, a second plunger rod installed to the second piston. The clamping component has a clamping seat and a clamping component in the housing and pumps air into different air inlets of the first or second pneumatic cylinder to control the first or second piston to displace in the first and second cylinder bodies, so as to control clamping the clamping component or loosening the pipe.
BENDING MACHINE
A bending machine includes a first track device and a second track device. A first base and a first robot are movable on the first track device. A second base and a second robot are movable on the second track device. A first bending mechanism is arranged at one end of the first robot. A second bending mechanism is arranged at one end of the second robot. A workpiece feeding device is provided at a position that is on one end side in an extending direction of the first track device and the second track device and is reachable by at least one of the first bending mechanism and the second bending mechanism. The workpiece feeding device feeds the workpiece in a manner that a longitudinal direction of the workpiece is orthogonal to the extending direction of the first track device and the second track device.
APPARATUS FOR ADVANCING AND SUPPLYING BARS TO A MACHINE TOOL
An apparatus for advancing and supplying bars to a machine tool, comprises: a plurality of tubular elements each suitable for containing longitudinally a respective bar; at least one first carriage unit and a second carriage unit supporting the tubular elements and movable longitudinally on a drum structure to move the tubular elements parallel to an advancement direction for the bars; the drum structure extends from a front end, suitable for being placed in a position adjacent to a spindle of the machine tool, to a rear end, suitable for being further from the machine tool.
Each tubular element is provided with a feed finger unit that is suitable for clamping and pulling a respective bar to advance the bar advancement direction.
Apparatus and method for handling bars
Apparatus for handling bars including a support plane configured to support a plurality of bars having an oblong development, and handling devices configured to remove a bar from a removal zone of the support plane and to deliver it to a delivery zone. Movement devices are associated with the support plane which are configured to distribute the bars on the support plane and to move them toward the removal zone.
ASSEMBLY OF BENDING MACHINE AND SUPPORT BENCH
An assembly of a machine for bending an elongated piece (T) and relevant support bench is described. The elongated piece (T) is supported by a spindle (3) that comprises a sleeve member (4) suitable to be connected to the elongated piece (T) to be bent, and a spindle frame (5) which rotatably supports the sleeve member (4). The spindle frame (5) is mounted on a platform (6) provided at its bottom with at least a spherical support (7) so that the spindle (3) is able to slide freely on a support bench (2), while the elongated piece (T) is bent.
Tube-propelling apparatus for tube bending machine
Disclosed is a tube-propelling apparatus for a tube bending machine. The apparatus comprises a main tube-propelling base mounted on a slide rail mechanism of a tube bending machine tool, wherein a penetrating hole though which both a fixing sleeve and a core rod pass is provided on the main tube-propelling base, the rear end of the fixing sleeve is fixed in the penetrating hole, and the front end of the fixing sleeve is provided with a tube clamping apparatus. The propelling apparatus further comprises a surplus material auxiliary propelling base mounted on the slide rail mechanism of the tube bending machine tool, wherein the surplus material auxiliary propelling base is provided with a through-hole coaxial with the penetrating hole of the main tube-propelling base. An auxiliary pushing sleeve is mounted in the through-hole, and the core rod passes through the auxiliary pushing sleeve. Meanwhile, the auxiliary pushing sleeve is sheathed in the fixing sleeve and the front end of the auxiliary pushing sleeve is provided with a propelling head engaging with a tube. The tube-propelling apparatus has a simple and rational structure, and can fully utilize surplus material.
