The present invention relates to a perforating press for perforating sheet material comprising a feeder; a punch holder comprising a first and a second row of punches; a transmission shaft for moving the punch holder in a stroke direction, wherein a set of slides is positioned between each row of punches and the transmission shaft, wherein a set of slides comprises two slides, wherein a slide comprises on a first side an at least partially continuous sawtooth profile, wherein the two slides of a set of slides are positioned with their sawtooth profiles slidably on top of each other; and a discharge means; wherein the punch holder comprises a third and a fourth row of punches and wherein the slides of a set of slides related to any one row of punches are slidable between at least three positions relative to each other independently from the slides of a set of slides related to any other row of punches. A method of progressive processing includes feeding a strip-shaped sheet to a press machine; pressing the strip-shaped sheet with the press machine; and joining the strip-shaped sheet with a new strip-shaped sheet by applying a tape over an end of the strip-shaped sheet located in a direction opposite a direction in which the strip-shaped sheet is fed and an end of the new strip-shaped sheet located in a direction in which the new strip-shaped sheet is fed.

A workpiece accumulator system for a stamping machine includes linear actuators, nesting blocks, exit rails, and a first controller. The nesting blocks are disposed on moveable members of the linear actuators and arranged to vertically stack workpieces being fabricated by the stamping machine. The first controller communicates with a second controller that controls the stamping machine. The first controller controls the linear positions of the linear actuators to retract the nesting blocks from an initial position to accommodate placement of the one of the plurality of workpieces in a stack on the nesting blocks. The linear actuators are controlled to retract the nesting blocks to fully retracted positions to place the plurality of workpieces in the stack onto the exit rails when a quantity of the plurality of workpieces in the stack is equal to a desired quantity.

The assembling portion comprises an assembling wedge (6), a transmission wedge (4) and an assembling male die (5), wherein the transmission wedge (4) is arranged above the assembling male die (5) in wedge-shaped connection and both of them are arranged in the lower die base (2), the assembling wedge (6) is arranged above the transmission wedge (4) in wedge-shaped connection while in contact.
METHOD FOR SYNCHRONOUSLY PROCESSING DUAL BELT MATERIALS
The present invention discloses a method for synchronously processing dual belt materials. The method comprises steps of feeding, processing, detecting, assembling and outputting finished products. The step of feeding materials comprises cleaning, dividing materials, positioning and feeding. The step of assembling comprises pushing and assembling. A dual-belt-material feeder is used for feeding, and a dual-belt-material mould is used for punching. The dual-belt-material feeder (1) comprises a moving feeding device (11), a fixed feeding device (13) and two guide frames (14). The dual-belt-material mould comprises two punching moulds. The beneficial effects of the method for synchronously processing dual belt materials are that: the method can be used for producing thin wall miniature assembly parts in a single line and assembling the thin wall miniature assembly parts on line, so that problems caused by that the thin wall miniature assembly parts are produced in two production lines can be avoided.
