STEEL PLATE DOUBLE-PRE-STACKING SYSTEM FOR SINGLE SHEAR LINE, AND STACKING METHOD THEREOF
A dual pre-stacking system of steel plates for a single cutting line and a stacking method therefor. The dual pre-stacking system comprises: a cooling bed inspection stand, a crop shear with a cut-to-length function, a bilateral shear, 1# inkjet printer, a front pre-stacker, a cut-to-length shear, a length and thickness gauge, 2# inkjet printer, surface check/size inspection and fitting, and a rear pre-stacker arranged in order along the roller. The dual pre-stacking system and the stacking method therefor of the present invention solves the problem that the inkjet printing, size fitting and pre-stacking in the later zone of the cutting line are slow when producing steel plates with high magnification, simultaneously performs pre-stacking operation after bilateral cutting and surface check in one cutting line, achieves synchronous inkjet printing/imprinting, size fitting and pre-stacking of the steel plates at two sites along the cutting line, and improves production rate of the cutting line and warehousing efficiency of finished products.
Cable clamping device of a processing machine
A cable clamping device includes a pair of grip jaws, a reset mechanism, and a handle connected to the grip jaws by the reset mechanism. The handle is pivotable about a handle pivot between a first position in which the grip jaws are in an open position and a second position in which the grip jaws are in a closed position around a cable. The reset mechanism pivots the handle from the second position to the first position before moving to a reset position of the reset mechanism that holds the handle in the first position.
Construction toy including tubes and connectors, and device for cutting and bending tubes therefor
A device for cutting and bending a hollow elongate tube. A measuring subassembly is adapted for measuring a desired size of the tube. A cutting subassembly is adapted for cutting the tube to the desired size. A bending subassembly is adapted for bending the cut tube to a desired angular orientation. The bending subassembly includes a base controlling a radius of a bend to be formed in the cut hollow elongate tube, and a user grippable handle. The user grippable handle is configured to enable a user to rotate the cut hollow elongate tube, relative to the round base, to form the bend in the cut hollow elongate tube.

Method and apparatus for producing tailored sheet-metal strips
The invention relates to a method for producing tailored sheet-metal strips, in which at least one sheet-metal strip having a substantially planar surface is integrally connected along its longitudinal edge to at least one further web-shaped semifinished product made of metal, wherein the at least one further web-shaped semifinished product differs from the at least one sheet-metal strip in terms of at least one of its properties, and wherein the at least one sheet-metal strip and the at least one further web-shaped semifinished product are fed continuously to at least one joining station, characterized in that a web-shaped semifinished product having a three-dimensional structure, a hollow profile and/or a multiplicity of recesses and/or holes in succession along its longitudinal edge is used as the at least one further web-shaped semifinished product which is fed to the joining station. An apparatus for carrying out the method is furthermore claimed.
SHEET HANDLING APPARATUS WITH AUTOMATIC REMOVAL OF SEPARATING FOIL AND METHOD THEREOF
A method and relative sheet handling apparatus apt to pick up sheets from a pack of sheets to be delivered to a cut-ting centre and for removing a separating foil between the sheets is described, including: a lifting and removing unit for a top sheet equipped with upper gripping heads; an air flow generating unit generating an air flow above the pack of sheets; and a control unit of the lifting unit, suitable for arranging the top sheet at a stasis height of up to 70 mm above the pack of sheet to define a suction chamber for the air flow generator.

COMBINED DEVICE FOR BENDING AND CUTTING RIBBON-SHAPED ELEMENTS AND METHOD FOR BENDING AND CUTTING RIBBON-SHAPED ELEMENTS THROUGH SUCH DEVICE
A combined device for bending and cutting ribbon-shaped elements is described, comprising first guiding and supporting means (1, 101) adapted to allow positioning a ribbon-shaped element (T, T1), second guiding and supporting means (3, 103) adapted to prevent the rotation of the ribbon-shaped element (T, T1) with respect to an axis belonging to a plane on which the ribbon-shaped element (T, T1) rests, first translating means (41, 1041) and rotation means (4, 104) adapted to move a tool (5, 105) with respect to the second guiding and supporting means (3, 103); the second guiding and supporting means (3, 103) comprise a portion of bending profile (8, 108) adapted to bend theribbon-shaped element (T, T1) and a portion of cutting profile (9, 109) adapted to cut the ribbon-shaped element (T, T1). A method is further described for bending and cutting ribbon-shaped elements performed through such device.
Channel Letter Return and Trimcap Material Bending Machine
A machine that may allow for notching, flanging if required, and bending of two different materials with different physical profiles and bending parameters and feeding requirements. The machine may process channel letter coil and/or trimcap material. Each type of material may be fed into the machine accurately, notched using one or more different notching methods, flanged, if required, and then bent in the proper shape given the various physical differences of channel letter coil and/or trimcap material. Accordingly, sign manufacturers may automatically notch and bend channel letter coil to produce letter returns and/or trimcap material used to attach the faces to the channel letters using just one single machine.
