INTEGRATED FLATTENING, CUTTING, AND COLLECTING ASSEMBLY CAPABLE OF INTEGRITY MAINTENANCE
The present invention relates to an integrated flattening, cutting and collecting assembly capable of integrity maintenance, which includes a frame, a conveyor seat and a processing rack. The processing rack is provided with a flattening cylinder and cutting cylinders in sequence, a flattening block cooperating with the steel sheet in the conveyor seat is connected below the flattening cylinder, a cutting lift seat is provided below the cutting cylinder, the cutting lift seat is provided with a cutter and cutting pressing blocks, the cutting pressing blocks are arranged symmetrically on the left and right sides of the cutter; and the distance between the two cutting pressing blocks is smaller than the distance of the flattening block, the lower end of the cutter exceeds the cutting pressing block, and the distance it exceeds is the same as the thickness of the steel sheet, the end of the conveyor seat is fitted with a collecting device; the cutting pressing block can press and hold the steel sheet during cutting, while not affect the cutting of the cutter, thereby the accuracy of the steel sheet cutting is greatly improved.
Device and method for mutual separation of two workpiece components of a plate-like workpiece
Devices for separating two workpiece parts, e.g., metal sheets, from one another are described and include a workpiece mounting, a lifting device arranged on one side of the workpiece mounting, and a counter-holder arranged on the opposite side of the workpiece mounting. The counter-holder can be transferred into a fixing state and into a releasing state. One of the workpiece parts to be separated from one another is provided as a removal part, the other as a remaining part. For separating the two workpiece parts, the removal part, which is acted upon by the lifting device and supported by the counter-holder, can be moved by means of the lifting device perpendicular to the mounting in relation to the remaining part by a removal movement. At least in the releasing state, the counter-holder forms a rigid abutment in the lifting direction for the removal part. The rigid abutment has the effect that the removal part is aligned parallel to the mounting. Machine-based systems include a processing unit for producing two workpiece parts from a sheet-like workpiece and a separating device as described herein. Methods for separating two workpiece parts of a sheet-like workpiece are carried out by means of the devices described herein and can be part of a machine-based process.
Method for manufacturing pressed component, and method for manufacturing blank material
Provided is a technology capable of suppressing an edge crack occurring due to stretch flange deformation without being constrained by a target pressed component shape. The technology includes two-stage cutting processing of, when it is estimated that there is concern about risk of occurrence of an edge crack due to stretch flange deformation on an edge of a material (1) to be pressed in press forming, performing twice cutting processing on an edge including at least a site where there is concern about risk of occurrence of the edge crack as pre-processing for press forming in which there is concern about risk of occurrence of the edge crack. In the two-stage cutting processing, cutting to form a partial, beam-shaped overhang portion at a position including a site where there is concern about risk of occurrence of the edge crack is performed in the first cutting and the overhang portion is cut in the second cutting.
