Device and Method for Mutual Separation of Two Workpiece Components of a Plate-Like Workpiece
Devices for separating two workpiece parts, e.g., metal sheets, from one another are described and include a workpiece mounting, a lifting device arranged on one side of the workpiece mounting, and a counter-holder arranged on the opposite side of the workpiece mounting. The counter-holder can be transferred into a fixing state and into a releasing state. One of the workpiece parts to be separated from one another is provided as a removal part, the other as a remaining part. For separating the two workpiece parts, the removal part, which is acted upon by the lifting device and supported by the counter-holder, can be moved by means of the lifting device perpendicular to the mounting in relation to the remaining part by a removal movement. At least in the releasing state, the counter-holder forms a rigid abutment in the lifting direction for the removal part. The rigid abutment has the effect that the removal part is aligned parallel to the mounting. Machine-based systems include a processing unit for producing two workpiece parts from a sheet-like workpiece and a separating device as described herein. Methods for separating two workpiece parts of a sheet-like workpiece are carried out by means of the devices described herein and can be part of a machine-based process.

Apparatus and method for manufacturing rechargeable battery case
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a rechargeable battery case, the apparatus comprising: a punch which presses an object; a die which comprises an extrusion part for extruding the pressed object, wherein, when the punch presses the object such that the object enters the extrusion part, the die is elastically deformed so that the width of the extrusion part is increased, and when the punch continues to press the object such that the object is separated from the extrusion part, the die is elastically deformed so that the width of the extrusion part is restored to an initial value; and a knockout unit which is raised through the extrusion part of the die, has the object seated thereon, raises or lowers the object, and raises the object when the object interferes with the die such that the punch and the object are separated from each other.
Method and device for removing a workpiece part from the remainder of the workpiece
A method for removing a workpiece from the remainder of the workpiece supported in a bearing plane. The method includes moving the workpiece part, which is clamped between at least one ejector element of an ejection unit and at least one counter-holding element of a counter-holding unit, along a removal direction, and checking whether the workpiece part has been completely separated from the remainder of the workpiece during movement along the removal direction. The method is characterized by reducing or completely canceling the clamping of the workpiece part and subsequently resuming the clamping of the workpiece part if it is determined during checking that the workpiece part has not been completely separated from the remainder of the workpiece.
Production method for integrated circuits
An integrated circuit production method. In some examples, the method includes receiving a leadframe comprising a plurality of in-production ICs in a forming machine, singulating the plurality of in-production ICs, forming leads of at least some of the plurality of in-production ICs to comply with dimensions and tolerances corresponding to an intended form factor of the plurality of in-production ICs, and separating, automatically by the forming machine, formed ICs from unformed ICs after the forming.

UNLOADING METHOD AND MECHANICAL UNLOADING ASSEMBLY FOR UNLOADING A PROCESSED PRODUCT OF A WORKPIECE PROCESSING METHOD, MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY
An unloading method unloads a sheet metal machining product produced on a sheet metal working machine. The method includes: supplying the machining product to a supply device for unloading with a position and an orientation defined in a coordinate system of the supply device; moving an unloading member of the unloading device with a transfer movement into a transfer position on the machining product supplied to the supply device for unloading; calibrating, before the machining product is unloaded from the supply device, the numerical unloading control of the unloading device; and unloading the machining product from the supply device by the unloading device. The unloading of the machining product is controlled by the programmable numerical control which includes the programmable numerical unloading control of the unloading device and in which the coordinate system of the supply device and the similar coordinate system of the numerical unloading control are stored.
