WORKPIECE EJECTING SYSTEM FOR USE IN STAMPING MACHINE
An ejecting system for a workpiece from a die cavity in a stamping machine is disclosed. The ejecting system has a spring plunger mechanism to fetch the workpiece from the die cavity of the die platen of the stamping machine. The spring plunger mechanism is provided with a picker which is integrated with a vacuum system to hold the workpiece. Underneath the spring plunger mechanism, there is an actuator, including a positioning sensor, for triggering both synchronous upward and downward movement of the linear actuator to the punch of a die set.

CAN FORMING MACHINE
A can forming machine includes a can body holder in which the can body does not fall at an unexpected time. A knockout unit has a knocking out piston which is disposed to be movable in a depth direction of a recess and is provided to be displaceable between a protruding position at which the knocking out piston protrudes into the recess and an recessed position at which the knocking out piston exits the recess, and a cylinder which supports the knocking out piston to be displaceable. At a discharge position, at which the formed can body is discharged from the recess of the can body holder, a piston displacing unit, which displaces the knocking out piston from the recessed position toward the protruding position, is provided adjacent to the other surface side of the base.
CAN DISCHARGE UNIT AND CAN FORMING MACHINE
Provided are a can discharge unit and a can forming machine including a can body holder in which the can body does not fall at an unexpected timing.
A knockout unit has a knocking out piston which is disposed to be movable in a depth direction of a cylindrical part and is provided to be displaceable between a protruding position at which the knocking out piston protrudes into the cylindrical part and a recessed position at which the knocking out piston exits the cylindrical part, and a cylinder which supports the knocking out piston to be displaceable. At a discharge position at which the formed can body is discharged from the cylindrical part of the can body holder, a piston displacing unit which displaces the knocking out piston from the recessed position toward the protruding position is provided adjacent to the other surface side of the base.

PRESS MACHINE
A press machine includes a frame, a press shaft, a lower mold support rotatably attached to the frame about a first axis line and configured to support a lower mold, a lower mold support rotating device configured to rotate the lower mold support about the first axis line, a scrap shooter configured to receive a scrap falling from the lower mold, and a link member one end part of which is rotatably coupled to the lower mold support about a second axis line, Wherein the scrap shooter has one end side rotatably coupled to the other end part of the link member about a third axis line, and has the other end side rotatably supported by the frame or another support member about a fourth axis line.
Stock ejector assembly
A stock ejector assembly and method for metal forming dies includes a stock ejector with a large spring and a ring-style stripper. The ring-style stripper provides a larger surface area for contacting the stock. The large compression spring is preloaded and when a load is applied, the stripper retracts and the spring pressure increases. When the dies separate, the stock ejector pushes the part off flat surfaces, separating surfaces sealed by adhesion, including, but not limited to, oil or lubricant adhesion.
