The apparatus is a portable seating cushion that a user may sit upon, which improves blood flow by reducing point-pressure that may otherwise be applied to nerves and blood vessels in a user's leg, including the sciatic nerve. Moreover, the portable seating cushion improves posture by creating a forward pelvic tilt, which causes the rest of the user's shoulders, spine, back, and neck to come into alignment when the user sits on the cushion.
