An apparatus for improving blood flow in a user's leg and improving posture is disclosed herein. The apparatus is a portable seating cushion that a user may sit upon, which improves blood flow by reducing point-pressure that may otherwise be applied to nerves and blood vessels in a user's leg, including the sciatic nerve. Moreover, the portable seating cushion improves posture by creating a forward pelvic tilt, which causes the rest of the user's shoulders, spine, back, and neck to come into alignment when the user sits on the cushion.

An example embodiment of a theater seating system comprises a separating panel and a theater seat. The separating panel has a first end, a second end, a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section. The first section, the second section, the third section, and the fourth section cooperatively define a chamber within which the theater seat is disposed. The first end is separated from the second end to define an opening that provides access to the chamber defined by the separating panel.

A convertible inflatable device includes a first inflatable bed, a second inflatable bed, a front chamber, a left chamber, a right chamber, and a rear chamber. The first inflatable bed is surrounded by the front chamber, the left chamber, the right chamber, and the rear chamber. The front chamber, the left chamber, the rear chamber, and the right chamber are connected to each other sequentially. A first end of the second inflatable bed is connected to the junction of the first inflatable bed and the rear chamber. A method, apparatus, and system for meditation are described. The disclosed embodiments describe, amongst other things, a sitting apparatus that may monitor user biometrics. A software application for guiding the user through a meditation session, and the two used together as a system. The system may be included as stand alone sitting device, or the system may use a sitting apparatus and a second device. Also, described is a group mediation embodiment.

Stackable stools include rocking surfaces along which the stools can be rocked to allow a user to sway to and fro. The stools have rest surfaces that provide stable inclined positions of the stools. The stools can be stacked together to save space. The stools define holes allowing the stools to be stacked on a pole.
