Hammer punch tool
A hammer punch tool having a guide and a punch that is slidably coupled to the guide. The guide has a force transfer surface and a cavity accessible through an opening in the guide. The punch has a portion that is slidably received within the cavity of the guide through the opening in the guide. The guide slides relative to the punch between a reset position of the guide (or extended position of the punch), in which a portion of the punch engages the guide to retain at least a portion of the punch within the cavity, and a hammer position of the guide (or retracted position of the punch), in which the force transfer surface of the guide engages the punch. A method of forming material with the hammer punch tool by striking the punch with the guide.
Method for manufacturing an ornament made of precious metal and ornament manufactured thereby
A method for manufacturing ornaments made of precious metals is provided. A sheet, plate or foil made of pure precious metal—i.e. having a fineness equal to or greater than 999 parts per thousand—is provided, a profile of a desired shape is traced, and the sheet or plate is cut according to the profile to obtain an ornament having the desired shape. The method obtains ornaments made of precious metal of any two-dimensional shape in a short time with limited manufacturing costs. The method can be used to produce a large number of variants of commercial collections of jewels and/or ornaments made of pure precious metals according to the commercial choices of the manufacturer, and to obtain “tailor-made” ornaments made of pure precious metal—i.e. starting from a specific design of the user—in a very short time, or even immediately.

DECORATIVE ARTICLES AND ORNAMENTS
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method is provided for manufacturing an alloy for the decorative article, comprising the processes of: superimposing a plurality of alloys having different colors; heating the alloys; performing a metal diffusion of the alloys on a surface, wherein the alloys are mixed; forming a gradation of the materials across an interface; and processing a mass of the materials to adjust an alloy having a gradation of a color formed and appearing on the surface based on metal diffusion.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOLLOW TUBULAR JEWELLERY
A system for manufacturing hollow tubular jewelery is disclosed. It comprises die and core assembly for extruding hollow metallic tube, wherein core is positioned within die of die and core assembly to define three-dimensional surfaces or curved surfaces of hollow metallic tube. Mandrel is provided for bending hollow metallic tube, wherein mandrel is fixed proximal from die and core assembly. A laser source is provided, which is configured to emit laser beam to form perforations on hollow metallic tube. The system includes fixture which is adapted to hold hollow metallic tube. Fixture is configured to rotate and tilt to adjustably position three-dimensional surface or curved surface of hollow metallic tube perpendicular to laser beam for forming perforations. This helps in overcoming challenge of perforating unconventionally angled tubes at different angles.
Ring sizing tool
A ring sizing tool with a base and a guide movably coupled to the base. The base has first and second ends with a longitudinal axis extending between the ends. A cut guide surface is positioned adjacent the second end, and a base ring engaging surface is spaced apart from the cut guide surface. The guide has a guide ring engaging surface and at least one ring size indication spaced apart from the guide ring engaging surface. The guide is movable with respect to the base in a direction aligned with the longitudinal axis of the base between at least a first position, in which the guide ring engaging surface abuts the base ring engaging surface, and a second position, in which the guide ring engaging surface is spaced a distance from the base ring engaging surface. A method for sizing a ring with the ring sizing tool.

Punch locating apparatus for jewelry processing
The invention relates to the field of jewelry processing, in particular to a hole positioning device for jewelry processing, which includes a main body and an operating cavity provided in the main body. A support plate is slidably disposed in the operating cavity and is located in the operating cavity. A sliding plate below the support plate, a cylinder is fixedly arranged in the sliding plate, and a through hole is formed in the cylinder, and a drilling positioning device for jewelry processing provided by the present invention can realize the ordering of jewelry. Perforating, a circulating water cooling device is installed in the equipment, which can cool the jewelry during cutting, so as to prevent the drill bit from overheating to affect the cutting effect. At the same time, the fixing device set in the equipment can easily fix the jewelry, and it automatically locates when drilling. The efficiency is high, the equipment can collect the jewelry debris in the cooling liquid, avoid the loss of property, and facilitate the production and promotion.
Punch and die holding apparatus and method
A punch and die holding apparatus comprising a die block having a bottom die plate defining a die recess and forming a die clamp, a top die plate defining a guide tube cavity, the bottom die plate and top die plate defining a punch receiving gap, a die plate clamping bolt, and a plurality of gap opening stops. The punch and die holding apparatus has a punch holder having a guide tube, a collet chuck at least partially inserted within the guide tube, a collet inserted within the collet chuck, and a punch having a first end comprising a stem, a second end comprising a punch protrusion, and a central portion, the punch stem configured to be inserted into the second end of the collet; and a die received within the die recess.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING AT LEAST TWO ELEMENTS
A method for assembling at least a first element and a second element to form, once assembled, an external component for a portable device, including the steps of: a) making the first element; b) making the second element; c) arranging at least a first groove in the first element and at least a second groove in the second element; d) placing and holding the first and second element end-to-end with at least a third connecting element which is inserted and locked in the first and second grooves.
