The arrangement includes the folding chair, wherein the folding chair includes a foldable frame, a back support panel, a seat panel, at least one backpack coupler, and at least one harness coupler; the backpack, wherein the backpack comprises at least one pouch, at least one coupler releasably coupleable to the backpack coupler, and at least one harness coupler; and a harness arrangement, wherein the harness arrangement includes a first end coupled to the backpack and a harness coupler selectively coupleable to the at least one harness coupler associated with the backpack and the at least one harness coupler associated with the folding chair; wherein when harness coupler of the harness arrangement is coupled to the at least one harness coupler associated with the backpack, the backpack is carriable independently of the folding chair, and the backpack and the harness arrangement forms a closed loop; and when the harness coupler of the harness arrangement is coupled to the at least one harness coupler associated with the folding chair, the folding chair and the backpack are carriable together.

Disclosed are foldable chair frames and foldable chairs. A foldable chair frame includes left and right side frames, each having a front leg, a backrest rod, a rear leg, and a seat rod. The backrest rod is integrally formed with the front leg and extended from the upper end of the front leg at an obtuse angle with respect to the front leg. The rear leg has an upper end configured to abut and support the front leg when the foldable chair frame is unfolded. The seat rod is pivotally connected to the front and rear legs. A foldable chair frame also includes front and rear supporting rods disposed between the left and right side frames at front and rear sides of the foldable chair frame. The front and rear supporting rods are pivotally connected to the left and right side frames.

In a deployed position, the buoyant pool float provides an open unfolded engagement between the upper flotation member and the lower flotation member such that a continuous human reclining surface is provided from the upper end of the upper body to the lower end of the lower body. In a storage position, the buoyant pool float provides a closed folded-flat engagement between the upper flotation member and the lower flotation member such that the lower flotation member is nested against the upper flotation member.

The base surface may be lifted using a jack pedal and the height is adjusted by a base handle. A knee pad is supported by a knee support bar which is attached to the base. The knee pad is pivotally connected to a seat pad and a chest pad support bar. The seat pad is supported by a seat pad height-adjusting strut and the height is adjustable by a seat pad height-adjusting handle. The chest pad support bar supports a chest pad for forward and backward movement of the user. The angle position of the chest pad is adjusted and released by an angle-adjusting knob on a chest pad angle-adjusting bar. The surgeon support system stabilizes a user close to a workspace for extended periods of time.
