METHOD FOR PRODUCING A RIGID STRUCTURE BASED ON CURVED METAL TUBES FOR FORMING A REAR CANTILEVER SEAT
The invention relates to a method for producing a rigid structure (5) based on curved metal tubes for forming a seat (1) of the rear cantilever type such as a chair or an armchair, characterized in that it comprises at least the steps involving forming two elongated one-piece lateral elements (10) by bending, each element at least being formed by a first base tubular portion (11) extending forwards, at a first bottom front bending zone (12), by a first front tube (13) erected upright and extending rearwards, at a first top front bending zone (14), by a lateral seating tube (15), said tubes used during bending by said method being made of a high carbon content, preferably between approximately 0.85 and 2.1%, steel alloy and the bending operations being performed cold before any type of subsequent heat treatment for hardening the steel that is used.

Chair with elastically-deformable seat and/or backrest
A chair comprising: a metal frame formed by a plurality of metal elements, including a seat portion having two seat support elements and a backrest portion having two backrest support elements extending upwardly from the seat portion, a flexible backrest panel and/or a flexible seat panel of plastic material having two lateral hollow portions into which respective support elements are inserted, wherein, in a rest condition, there is a transverse clearance between outer edges of said lateral hollow portions and the respective support elements and wherein, in a deformed condition of the flexible backrest panel and/or flexible seat panel said transverse clearance is reduced to zero.

Mobile chair
A chair includes a unitary tubular main frame having spaced base portions and spaced side supports. A seat frame is carried by the main frame and the space below the seat frame and between the base portions and the side supports is unobstructed. A tray is carried by the base portions at the back of the chair so as to maintain the front of the chair unobstructed.

BENCH PROVIDING BALLISTIC PROTECTION
A bench including a first support, a second support, a seat, and one or more protective metal plates. The seat extends between the supports. The metal plates extend above the seat or below the seat, or both, and provide at least NIJ Level IIA, preferably Level IV, ballistic protection. The metal plates are attached to the bench, partially or completely, via one or more reversible toolless connections such as a slotted hole and headed stud. The bench can be assembled and disassembled in the field by unskilled labor with few or no tools required.

SEAT, PARTICULARLY FOR PLAYING VIDEO GAMES
A seat, particularly for playing video games, includes a tubular frame, a seat surface and a backrest. The seat surface and the backrest are formed by a piece of cloth tensioned in the frame, and the frame includes two lower frame parts extending forward from the backrest and each having a curved progression which is convex in downward direction. Each lower frame part can have a front outer end and a rear outer end, and the two lower frame parts can be connected to each other close to their front outer ends and close to their rear outer ends by front and rear transverse frame parts, which can each have a curved progression which is convex in upward direction. A tubular frame and a cloth are configured for application in such a seat.
Chair with plug type connection structure
A chair comprises: two side frames, each of the two side frames comprising a front supporting leg and a rear supporting leg; a seat portion fixed between the two side frames; and a backrest portion connected to the rear supporting legs of the two side frames via a plug structure.
