ADJUSTABLE MODULAR FRAME SYSTEM
A frame system that is adjustable in size and shape is provided with components that move in relation to each other. The frame system uses two main bar rails having at least one short channel piece and a housing piece. The frame system also includes two side bar rails of at least one long channel piece and the housing piece. A pair of center bar rails attach to the side bar rails and include at least one strut extension piece and a strut housing piece attached to a center leg. The corner assemblies include a corner piece to receive an end of a main bar rail and an end of a side bar rail, a corner leg, and a bracket.
Furniture leg sock
A furniture leg protective sock is constructed of a stretchable/expandable non-friction material, which forms an outer surface and an inner surface. The furniture leg protective sock includes non-penetrating material to prevent the furniture leg from piercing through the non-friction material.
Rocker style chairs, modular components for use within rocker style chairs and parts for use within the modular components
Rocker style chairs and rocker style chairs are provided along with modular components for use within rocker style chairs and parts for assembling within the modular components. The related components and chair assemblies minimize manufacturing time, maximize material usage and decrease related installation time. The related rocker style chairs may provide comfort to chair occupants and minimize noise during related chair component motion.
SEAT BASE FOR A SADDLE SEAT
The present invention relates to a seat base for a saddle seat, the seat base (100) comprising a first face (102), the first face forming a planar surface to allow the seat base to be arranged on a surface to be seated, and a second face (104), the second face forming a concave surface, the concave surface restricting the lateral movement of the saddle seat by guiding the round lower part of the saddle seat towards the lowest point of the concave surface.
TELESCOPIC SINGLE-LEGGED PORTABLE WORKING CHAIR
The present invention relates to a single-legged portable working chair using a compression repulsive force of a spring body, wherein: when used, the telescopic single-legged portable working chair is worn on a user's body such that, when the user sits down, the spring body is compressed by the weight of the user's body to store power, and when the user stands up, the spring body pushes up the user's body using the compressed power, so that the power consumption required for the sitting and standing actions of the body can be reduced; when the user repeatedly lifts a weight, the load applied to the user's joints and muscles is alleviated by the magnitude of a repulsive force of the spring body.
Folding chair with a safety device
A safety device for a folding chair has an adjustable brace for attachment to spaced-apart legs of a folding chair for preventing the chair from collapsing under weight. The brace includes two telescopic tubes and a locking mechanism that releasably locks the tubes together in a position that securely interposes the brace between the legs with the brace securely engaged with each leg. The overall length of the brace is adjusted to provide the most stable support to the chair. First and second leg engaging elements have a Y-shape configuration with an open curved portion and an extended leg portion. The open curved portions fit snugly around the chair legs. In a further embodiment, fasteners are provided on opposed ends of the open curved portions and the curve portions are overlapped so as to receive and encircle a chair leg to secure the brace to the folding chair.
WOBBLE STOOL AND BASE
A wobble base provides a curved floor-contacting surface with one or more attachment points that removably couple the wobble base to a lower portion of a seating platform, such as a stool, thereby providing a wobble stool. The wobble base can be configured to convert an existing stool into a wobble stool by replacing one or more floor-contacting members with the wobble base. In a second embodiment, a seating platform, such as a stool, is provided with both traditional floor-contacting members, such as feet or casters, and with a wobble base that allows the traditional floor-contacting members to be removed and replaced with the wobble base, and allows the wobble base to be removed and replaced with the traditional floor-contacting members. This allows the seating platform to be dynamically reconfigured as needed.
Furniture member with powered wall-proximity mechanism
A furniture member includes a base frame, a seat assembly, a motor assembly, a legrest mechanism and a wall-proximity mechanism. The seat assembly is supported by the base frame and includes a seat frame, a seat bottom, a seat back and a legrest. The legrest is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The seat back is movable between an upright position and a reclined position. The motor assembly includes a draw bar that moves along a motor extrusion housing from an initial position to a first position and to a second position. The legrest mechanism is driven by the draw bar to move the legrest between the retracted and extended positions. The wall-proximity mechanism is driven by the draw bar to translate the seat frame forward relative to the base frame in response to movement of the draw bar from the first position to the second position.
Posture correcting system and related methods
The invention relates generally to a system and methods for facilitating correcting and maintaining a good posture. More specifically, the invention is directed to a posture correcting chair including a seating component, a pump mechanism, and a frame assembly. The seating component may include an inflatable element and a base element. The inflatable element and the base element form a housing. The pump mechanism may include a pumpsuch as a mechanical or electrical pumpfor pumping a medium into or out from the housing such that an occupant of the seating component may maintain a good posture.
Ready-to-assemble chair
The assembly chair includes a pair of frames, a plurality of coupling rods, a plurality of pairs of depressed portions, at least one support member, and a sheet. The sheet is removably installed between the support member and the coupling rod. At least at one end portion of the sheet, the sheet includes a plurality of inserted portions along a width direction of the sheet. A flat plate is passed through at least one of the inserted portions. The support member with a flat intermediate portion is passed through another one of the inserted portions. The sheet is wound around outer peripheries of the inserted portion through which the plate is passed and the inserted portion through which the support member is passed to adjust a length of the sheet. In such state, the support member has both end portions fitted to the depressed portions on the frames.
