The present invention discloses a riveting robot, comprising: a robot part provided on a chassis, and detachably coupled with a riveting tool part through a hydraulically quick change disk; a visual position identification part provided on a side of the hydraulically quick change disk and secured on the sixth axis of the front end of the robot part; an automatic rivet feeding part provided on a mounting baseplate which is secured on a chassis through a two-stage vibration damping structure; a riveter tailing material collection part used for collecting tailing materials produced during riveting; a riveting quality judgment part used for collecting riveting data, and processing and generating a riveting curve to realize judgment of the riveting quality. A riveting robot system provided in the present invention can realize unmanned quick mounting of a pulling rivet at a specific riveting position; a vibration damping structure effectively isolates interference of riveting operation of a robot from a vibration source; radial and axial damping mechanisms can absorb axial and radial impact energies during the process of rivet pulling and mounting, ensuring that the operating accuracy of the riveting robot system and service life of the riveting robot mechanism.
SWAGING DEVICE AND SWAGING METHOD
Provided is a swaging device including: an upper anvil that is disposed in a state in which the upper anvil faces an end surface of a head of a rivet; a lower anvil that is disposed in a state in which the lower anvil faces an end surface of a shaft portion of the rivet; and a pressurizing mechanism that generates a pressurizing force of causing a distance between the upper anvil and the lower anvil along an axial line to decrease and plastically deforms the rivet, in which an end surface of the upper anvil includes a bottom surface that perpendicularly intersects the axial line X and a support surface that has a projecting length in a direction of the axial line with respect to the bottom surface gradually increasing from an inner circumferential side toward an outer circumferential side in the radial direction formed therein, and an inclination angle of the support surface is smaller than an inclination angle of the inclined surface of the rivet by a predetermined angle.
RIVET SETTING TOOL
A rivet tool for setting a rivet, the rivet tool including a motor and a pulling mechanism. The pulling mechanism. is configured to receive torque from the motor and includes a moveable member moveable between first and second positions. A plurality of jaws are configured to Clamp onto a mandrel of the rivet and pull the mandrel in response to the moveable member moving from the first position to the second position. A magnet is coupled for movement with the moveable member and includes a north pole face, an adjacent south pole face, and a pole junction therebetween. The north and south pole faces face away from the moveable member. A first sensor is configured to detect the pole junction when the moveable member is in the first position. A second sensor is configured to detect the pole junction when the moveable member is in the second position.
Pneumatic riveter comprising a lever and an unlocking assembly for inhibiting or enabling operation of the lever
A pneumatic riveter may include a jaw assembly (110) configured to extend around a portion of an object through which a fastener is to be driven, a lever (222) configured to be actuated to initiate rivet driving, a valve assembly portion (230) comprising a piston configured to enable progressive control of rivet driving responsive to actuation of the lever, and an unlocking assembly. The unlocking assembly may be configured to selectively inhibit operation of the lever responsive to positioning of a button (240) of the unlocking assembly in a locked position, and enable operation of the lever responsive to positioning of the button in an unlocked position.
Feeder for swageable lockbolt collars and method of using same
A device is disclosed for supplying swageable collars from a magazine to a swaging tool such that the collars may be affixed to the shanks of lockbolts in a series of application steps. The feeder device can be mounted on the nose assembly of a swaging tool so that collar feeding and swaging can be accomplished in a single-handed operation. The feeder device responds to contact pressure against a work surface during a collar placement maneuver to release a collar from a presentation position for normal swaging. Releasing pressure on the workpiece allows a lower assembly of the feeder device to lift the next collar available from a magazine into the presentation position for application to the next lockbolt shank in a series of lockbolts to be finished.
TWO-PIECE BLIND FASTENER AND INSTALLATION TOOL
A blind fastener for connecting workpieces includes a bolt and nut. The bolt includes a shaft, bolt head, and lug. The bolt head is between the shaft and lug and extends radially outward from the shaft. The shaft defines external threads opposite the bolt head. The lug includes a first tool engagement portion and a first frangible portion that frangibly couples the lug to the bolt head. The nut includes a sleeve, nut head, and handling member. The shaft is threadably received in the sleeve. The nut head extends radially outward from the sleeve and defines a recess that receives the bolt head. The handling member surrounds at least a portion of the lug. The handling member includes a second frangible portion and a second tool engagement portion. The second frangible portion frangibly couples the second tool engagement portion to the nut head.
Intelligent riveting system
An intelligent riveting system comprising a hydraulic riveting tool (1), a riveting position identification system, a riveting displacement detection system, a riveting pressure detection system and a central processing system, wherein the central processing system acquires image information and carries out position identification, encoding and storage to form riveting position data in one-to-one correspondence, acquires real-time displacement data and riveting oil pressure data of each riveting position to form real-time data corresponding to riveting displacement values and riveting pressure values, and compares same with a standard to carry out quality determination. By means of the intelligent riveting system, a riveting position and an installation parameter are automatically identified and acquired, and the riveting quality is automatically determined; and by means of storing data during riveting and installation, the traceability of rivet installation quality can be achieved.
Device and method for setting a connection element on a workpiece
A device and the method serve to set a connecting element, in particular a press-in bolt, on a workpiece. By means of a setting unit, a hole punching operation for introducing a hole and, at the same time, a hole-forming operation are carried out, in which an edge of the hole is deep-drawn using an embossing sleeve and a collar is formed. In a second stage, the connecting element is pressed in, the punching and hole-forming operation and the pressing taking place within the same axial axis without the workpiece being laterally displaced relative to the device.
BLIND RIVET NUT-SETTING TOOL
A method comprising threading a blind rivet nut onto an output shaft of the tool, pressing the blind rivet nut against a workpiece, thereby applying an external force to the output shaft to move the output shaft in a rearward direction along a longitudinal axis from a first position to a second position, activating a first motor to rotate the output shaft about the longitudinal axis in response to the output shaft reaching the second position, thereby further threading the blind rivet nut onto the output shaft, and activating a second motor to translate the output shaft along the longitudinal axis in the rearward direction, thereby setting the blind rivet nut on the workpiece.
