HAND-HELD PULLING AND COMPRESSION DEVICE
The invention relates to a hand-held pulling and compression device for driving interchangeable tools, with a drive unit comprising a battery-operated electric motor, a screw drive with a threaded spindle connected to the drive unit and rotatably mounted on a housing body, and a threaded nut mounted rotatably on the threaded spindle and non-rotatably on the housing body via a bearing unit, and a coupling unit connected to a tool holder for transmitting tensile and compressive forces resulting from the direction of rotation of the threaded spindle from the threaded nut to the tool holder. In order to provide a hand-held pulling and compression device that can be used flexibly, it is provided that the housing body has a connection section for detachable fixing of a tool device to the pulling and compression device.
Assembly tool and assembly system for connecting components
An assembly system with a sealant application station and an assembly tool is described. The assembly system is used to connect two or more components to each other. The sealant application station applies a sealant to a connector. The sealant application station is arranged in a feed system for the connectors. The sealant-applied connectors are transferred to the assembly tool. The assembly tool contains a drill spindle in which a connector and a drill can be axially aligned with each other so that the drill spindle can both drill a hole in the components to be connected and position the connector in the drilled hole with a linear movement along a processing axis. For these operations, the drill spindle moves only along the processing axis, so that a linear drive can be used for these operations.

Riveting tool
The invention relates to a riveting tool for setting blind rivet nuts and/or blind rivet screws, comprising a drive piston which is able to be hydraulically adjusted from an initial position toward an end position, a pull rod which is releasably and operatively connected to the drive piston and which is able to be adjusted by the drive piston from a rivet receiving position into a setting position and a coupling element fixing the pull rod and a drawing mandrel to one another in the longitudinal axial direction. In order to provide a riveting tool of the type mentioned above by which uniform setting processes of rivets may be carried out with a high degree of repeated accuracy, it is provided that the riveting tool for fixing the setting position has an adjusting unit with a stroke-limiting element which is axially adjustable relative to the coupling element in the longitudinal axial direction of the pull rod, said stroke-limiting element being in engagement with the coupling element via a stop surface in the setting position.
RIVET DISPENSER AND METHOD FOR LOADING RIVETS INTO HANDHELD RIVET GUN
A rivet dispenser and method for manually loading a handheld rivet gun. The handheld rivet gun may include an attachment port, and the rivet dispenser may have a unitary, single-piece tool body having channels formed therein, sized and shaped to retain heads of a plurality of rivets. The method may include grasping the rivet dispenser in a first hand, grasping the rivet gun in a second hand, and inserting an end of one rivet, extending outward from the rivet dispenser, into the attachment port, thus attaching the rivet to the handheld rivet gun. The method may then include sliding the one rivet through and out of the channel of the rivet dispenser, via movement of the rivet gun and/or the rivet dispenser. Finally, the method may include actuating the rivet gun to install the one rivet into a hole of a structure or structures to be joined together thereby.
Hand riveter
The present invention discloses a hand riveter and relates to the field of hand-operated tools, and the hand riveter comprises a first handle, a second handle and a clamping and pulling mechanism, wherein the second handle is capable of rotating around a pivoting shaft with respect to the first handle; the second handle is separated into a force applying end and a warping end by the pivoting shaft, and the warping end and the clamping and pulling mechanism are connected via a connecting shaft; when the force applying end of the second handle is rotated and opened with respect to the first handle, the warping end of the second handle drives the clamping and pulling mechanism to move in a rivet-driving direction; and when the force applying end of the second handle is rotated and closed with respect to the first handle, the warping end of the second handle drives the clamping and pulling mechanism to move in a rivet-pulling direction. According to rational arrangements of the present invention, the hand riveter is labor-saving and is comfortable to hold during pull riveting.

One-hand-handled-rivet gun
The present invention discloses a one-hand-handled rivet gun, which has a handle seat with a through hole, a folding mechanism hinged to the handle seat and a pulling rod connected to the folding mechanism. The mentioned pulling rod is coated by a housing, and is equipped with a riveting gun tip assembly on the front end. A fixed sleeve is mounted on the front end of the housing of the pulling rod, and a guiding nipple is mounted on the front end of the fixed sleeve. The mentioned folding mechanism comprises two folding rod assemblies symmetrically mounted behind both sides of the rear end of the pulling rod, and the two folding rod assemblies include a front curved link and rear curved link hinged to each other. A handle cover is connected to the rear end of the rear curved link, and the front curved link is fixed to the pulling rod by the front end and hinged to the front end of the handle seat. Therefore, the invented one-hand-handled rivet gun can be used with only one hand, which is easy for people to use.
METHOD FOR REMOVING A BLIND RIVET ELEMENT FROM A RIVETING DEVICE
A method for removing a blind rivet element from a riveting device. The riveting device includes a connecting device, a mandrel, a rotary drive which rotates the connecting element around a rotational axis of the connecting element, and a longitudinal drive which axially drives the connecting element relative to the rotational axis. The blind rivet element is screwed onto the mandrel of the riveting device. The mandrel is connected to the connecting element on the riveting device. The method includes starting an emergency program via a user input on the riveting device. The emergency program includes the steps of rotating the connecting element with the rotary drive in a rotating direction to separate the connection between the mandrel and the connecting element, and, upon reaching a default, stopping the rotation of the connecting element with the rotary drive.
