A seat usage prevention device is disclosed. The seat usage prevention deice includes at least one device component being configured to interact with one or more seat components of a first seat. The device component is configured to prevent usage of at least one of a seat pan or seatback of the first seat. The device component further separates a second seat from at least a third seat, wherein the third seat is proximate to at least one of the first seat or the second seat. The seat usage prevention device may include a device component that further includes a cushion, a base, an amenity console, or a vertical separator, or combination thereof.

A retractable barrier that helps prevent the spread of communicable disease includes a first outer surface that faces a first direction, a second outer surface that faces a second direction opposite the first direction, and a filter layer between the first outer surface and the second outer surface. The filter layer includes a particulate filtering material. The barrier is selectively extendable from a compartment to establish a partition that separates individuals on opposite sides of the partition.

A convertible lounge sofa system for seating, lounging, and working having a sofa seat bottom having a dual armrest/headrest positioned on one end, sofa seat bottom is configurable thereto a side facing chaise lounge seat having a back support segment, a center segment, a seat pan segment, and a lower leg support segment, and a sofa seat back configured to be opened, with deployable working surface, a storage feature, a power/data feature, and a lighting feature, and, thus, functions to enable seating configurations that utilize reduced floor space with smaller foot prints, and enable multi-person seating as in 1-2 or more and then conversion into a single person lounge or work seating by rotating 90 degrees.

The enclosure for a foam-based seat includes a rigid frame with two ends, an internal opening configured to circumscribe a foam-based seat, and a shelving unit that extends from the two ends of the rigid frame.

The cup has a bottom surface and an outer wall. The cup is rotatable within the cavity. The cup has at least one projection extending upwardly from a bottom surface of the cup. This projection is adapted to support a phone thereagainst. The cup is movable between a first position in which the projection is exposed outwardly of the chair, a second position in which the projection is stowed in the cavity and a third position in which the cup is positioned beneath the cavity.
