SAND CORE MAKING MACHINE
A sand core making machine that includes a hopper having a hollow body with an inner surface delimiting a passageway for a material used in the manufacture of a sand core. The hopper includes a plurality of breaker assemblies with each breaker assembly having at least one string. The ends of a string are attached to corresponding attachment points of the inner surface of the hollow body, such that the strings are arranged in a flow passage of the material. At least two breaker assemblies are spaced apart such that the two breaker assemblies interact with each other to break lumps of the material supplied to the hopper when the hollow body is shaken.
Regeneration treatment method of waste shell-mold and system thereof
A regeneration treatment method of waste shell-mold and a system thereof are provided. The regeneration treatment method has a raw smashing step, a smashed-particle sieving step smashed-particle, a first magnetic separation step, a grinding step, a second magnetic separation step, a dry pneumatic flotation step, and a vibration sieving step in sequence to obtain a regenerated shell-mold sand. The refined shell-mold sand is obtained from the smashed-particle sieving step. Silica binders of the refined shell-mold sand is effectively removed by the grinding step. Furthermore, particle sizes of the regenerated shell-mold sand fall in a suitable range in the grinding step. Magnetic metals mixed in the waste shell-mold are effectively removed by the first and second magnetic separation steps. Non-magnetic impurity are further removed by the dry pneumatic flotation step. Therefore, the regenerated shell-mold sand are suitable to substitute original shell-mold sand.

To provide a reclamation method of foundry sand capable of suppressing deterioration in strength of core after remanufacturing. A reclamation method of foundry sand includes: a preparation step for preparing foundry sand to which a binder is adhered; a washing step for washing the foundry sand prepared in the preparation step; a polishing step for polishing the foundry sand washed in the washing step; and rinsing step for rinsing the foundry sand polished in the polishing step.

A reclamation method of foundry sand includes: a preparation step for preparing foundry sand to which a binder is adhered; a washing step for washing the foundry sand prepared in the preparation step; a polishing step for polishing the foundry sand washed in the washing step; and rinsing step for rinsing the foundry sand polished in the polishing step.
