OFFICE, WORK AND LEISURE CHAIR AND RETROFIT KIT FOR A CHAIR OR A SEAT SURFACE FOR CAUSING SUBLIMINAL MOVEMENTS OF THE PERSON SITTING THEREON
Office, work and leisure chair and retrofit kit for causing subliminal movements of the person sitting thereon. The chair has a cruciform base (1), freely articulated rollers (4), a gas-spring support (2) and an interface panel (5) resting thereon as a support panel. Mounted on the support panel is a base panel (28) bearing a seat cover (19) with a seat surface and back rest (22). The seat cover is provided and allowed to wobble, resting via a cover panel (27) on a plurality of spring elements (7), which are displaceable radially, or obliquely in relation to the radial direction, or helically from the centre of the base panel to the periphery of the base panel. The spring elements are mechanically, hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically displaceable, so that the wobble distance of the seat cover and the attenuation of the wobble movement are variable.
Seating and Support Furniture
A piece of seating and supporting furniture with or without an armrest, comprising an upright and a basic seat and supporting structure (seat and structure) arranged thereon such that it can be pivoted about at least one horizontal axis, wherein the seat and structure has a seat surface which, in a first end position of pivoting about the horizontal axis, is arranged substantially in a horizontal plane, wherein the seat surface, in a second pivoting end position, is arranged transversely to the horizontal plane, wherein the seat and structure has a supporting surface arranged on a side of the seat and structure spaced apart from the seat surface. In another embodiment, a first end of a spring is connected to the upright, a second end of the spring is connected to the seat and structure, and the spring assists pivoting of the seat and structure about the horizontal axis.

Dynamic pendula stool
Disclosed herein is a dynamic pendula stool possessing a foot, a leg secured to the foot, and a seat secured to the top end of the leg. The leg has a telescopic column that includes a lower part secured to a spherical foot with a diameter of 20-cm or less and an upper part with a free end having an articulation. The articulation has three degrees of freedom and is secured to the underside of the seat so that when a user rests against the seat, the leg forms an angle between 30 and 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal, thereby allowing an isometric contraction of the muscle groups of the lower limbs and of the abdominal girdle in the seated position. The stool is further provided with one or more sensors configured to send data signals to a remote electronic device.
Reclinable office chair
A reclinable office chair includes a reclination adjustment unit disposed at the bottom of the office chair. The reclination adjustment unit balances itself on the floor properly, resiliently and steadily. The office chair tilted in a forward-backward direction and/or a left-right direction displays directional stability relative to the floor in a manner not to lose the directional stability even when a sitter tilts in any direction, thereby allowing the office chair to provide a comfortable seat for the sitter to sit on, regardless of whether the office chair is upright or tilted in any direction.
TILTABLE CHAIR
The present invention relates to a tiltable chair including: a fixing base having a tiltable housing disposed on an upward protruding dome-shaped center thereof in such a manner as to be movable in an arbitrary direction; a gas cylinder disposed inside the tiltable housing in such a manner as to be linearly reciprocated in upward and downward directions; a seat plate disposed on top of the gas cylinder; and an elastic tiltable member disposed inside the fixing base in such a manner as to accommodate a longitudinal lower part of the gas cylinder therein to allow the gas cylinder to move tiltably about vertical axis to the bottom of the fixing base, wherein the elastic tiltable member includes a fixed frame located on the bottom of the fixing base, a coupling frame located inside the center portion of the fixed frame to accommodate the gas cylinder therein, and a rubber packing located between the fixed frame and the coupling frame and deformed elastically in every direction, wherein the rubber packing has tilt concave grooves formed inward to a given depth from top and underside respectively in such a manner that the tilt concave grooves are reduced in width toward the insides thereof to thus form inclined surfaces.
Accordingly, the tiltable chair is configured to have the elastic tiltable member for accommodating the gas cylinder therein, instead of a large number of coil springs complicated in structure in the conventional practice, so that the tiltable chair can be made simple in structure, thereby preventing the generation of noise when tilted.
Furniture with portable conversion means
An article of furniture has retractable and extendable wheels secured beneath each leg. The mechanism for retraction and extension is accomplished by an activation means in mechanical communication with each wheel.
Half-sitting stool with supported sit bone
A seating apparatus for supporting a portion of a user, the seating apparatus comprising a reorientable seat portion including a seat platform and a cutout, wherein the seat selectively underlies a first ischial tuberosity of the user but not the second ischial tuberosity, the selection of which is determined by the orientation of the reorientable seat portion.
Seat arrangement for a means of transport
The invention relates to a seat arrangement for a means of transport, in particular for a means of passenger transport, wherein the seat arrangement can be arranged on the means of transport by means of a fastening device, wherein the seat arrangement is intended and suitable for providing a sitting position at standing height, wherein the seat arrangement comprises at least one frame element, which is arranged on the fastening device by means of at least one mounting shaft, wherein the at least one mounting shaft is received in at least one receiving device of the fastening device, wherein the at least one receiving device is arranged on a fastening element which is configured as an arm element extending along a height axis.
CABINET CREEPER
A creeper for accessing cabinets includes a first end and a second end. The creeper includes a base support structure having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of side walls extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. The base support structure also includes a cabinet entry first end that is shaped and dimensioned for positioning within a cabinet and an exposed second end that is shaped and dimensioned to sit outside of the cabinet when cabinet entry first end of the creeper is positioned within the cabinet for use. A downwardly extending leg assembly is secured along the bottom surface of the base support structure. The cabinet creeper may be used for accessing a cabinet or as a seat with the user sitting directly upon the downwardly extending leg assembly.
